IMPORTANCE OF EATING BREAKFAST
Increases concentration to get you through your day. Allows you to get more nutrients into your body. Gives you energy to start the day. Skipping breakfast can lead to weight gain – not weight loss (helps to control weight). Decreases likelihood of eating an excess amount of calories later in the day.

TIPS FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Make sure you wake up with enough time to make and eat breakfast. Eat something different every day – variety adds different nutrients to your diet! Choose whole grain breads and cereals instead of white. Prepare something the night before. Try to incorporate foods from each food group into your breakfast.
