meeting of the Friends of the Kingston
Free Library. Since 1981, the library
has been able to offer additional pro-
grams and services such as author events, crafts, and musi-

( 1807-1892), whose diaries and letters illu-

of Hazard’s writings held by Rhode Island College as well as
