up state of-art manufacturing units with standardized technology. Every stage of product evolution-design, development manufacturing, assembly and

quality control, is carried out meticulously.

Raj Auto Industries, the flagship company of the group, was founded by Mr. Rajeev Batra in 1989. Thereafter the idea of Raj Auto Enterprises, Pune and

Brahma Auto Industries (P) Ltd. was conceived and given shape.

All units are ISO-9001 & TS -19649 certified and equipped with modern machineries & equipments, with complete in house setup for manufacturing

Plastic, Sheet Metal and Electrical Products. It duly integrates with a large tool room, backed by CAD / CAM and CNC machinery.

The group manufactures wiring harnesses for the entire cross-section of the automotive industry - from passenger cars

to commercial vehicles, two wheelers and three wheelers, multi utility vehicles, farm, material handling equipment and

off-the-road vehicles. The group also manufactures specialized wiring harnesses for white goods, office automation,

medical diagnostic equipment, electrical and electronic equipment.

Designing and developing wiring harnesses from first principle concepts on latest design software, the group provides

total solutions in wiring harness manufacturing. The group has complete backward integration for manufacturing

critical wiring harness components.

In-house capability for design and manufacturing of applicators, jigs, assembly boards and circuit checking boards

enable process design control and flexibility.

Metal Pressing

Our on-site fully equipped toolroom and highly skilled engineers enable us to manufacture basic press tools and

fixtures and also give us the opportunity to react instantly to repair and maintenance requirements and ensure

continuity of quality.

We offer a range of projection, Spot, resistance welding with capacities from 25 to 30KvA, enabling us to affix nuts

and weld studs up to M8 to our pressings and assemblies. Process monitoring equipment is installed to detect variables

in the process which may otherwise cause subsequent weld failures.

For more complex assemblies, specific monitoring, such as 'poke yoke' devices detect product conformance or non-

conformance.

Automation in the shape of bowl feed nuts/studs increases output, which in turn drives down costs by dramatically

increasing cycle times.

The expansion of our welding section has seen the commissioning of a 6 axis Robotic welding cell, allowing spot

welding and mig welding of complex assemblies.

The tool rooms specialize in high precision, multi cavity, small,

medium and large size tools capable of running on injection

molding machines upto tonnes. Tool manufacturing is done

on state-of-the-art CNC machines. In-house proving & tryout facilities on injection

molding machines are in tandem with tool manufacturing facilities. The complete

Molding capabilities of the Group cover a wide range of polymer processing technologies.

Facilities include state-of-the-art molding machines ranging from 20 tons to 200 tons. Specialising in high

precision, aesthetic, assembly-oriented components, the molding operations are augmented by comprehensive

post molding processes.

This amalgamation of different technologies coupled with post processing facilities provides a single source

solution to diverse polymer processing requirements of the customers. It enables the group to provide Full System

Solutions in the form of highly integrated modules.

The group manufactures a wide range of injection molded plastic components and assemblies for automotives,

white goods, electrical, electronics, IT, medical diagnostics and other industries. The group specialises in high

precision, surface critical, assembly oriented components & assemblies.

Injection molding operations are augmented by complete post molding processes & special customised lines for

plastic-plastic, plastic-rubber & plastic-metal assemblies.

Screws & Fastners

The technology employed – cold forming – is marked by the greatest specialized knowledge. In addition, the use

of the wide range of stock materials guarantees a quick response to clients' requirements.

We are specialized in production of Self Tapping Screw, Stainless Steel Carriage Bolts, Machine Screw, Phillips

Head Screw, Stainless Steel Wood Screw, Carriage Bolts, Stainless Steel Self Tapping Screw, Stainless Steel

We manufacture and export various types of Stainless Steel Pins as we are

fully equipped with latest measuring instruments to produce S.S Pin. We

offer Stainless Steel Push Pins in various sizes. These are not only famous

because of our high quality but also due to its strong features, durability

and reliability as well. We make sure that these products are made with the

expertise of the best of craftsmen and are also tested through the strictest of

quality measures. These qualities have made us one of the most eminent Ss

Our technical experts manufacture wide variety of shafts that are used in

the automobile industries. These automotive shafts are tested and verified

for durability, dimensional accuracy and precision. We offer the shafts in

Our Testing Lab is equipped with all kind of monitoring equipment, from

air gauge unit to surface finish tester, to check the RZ value for the surface.
