Professor and head of the research group on Human Computer Interaction at the Department of Informat-ics. Her research is centered around methods and
techniques for analysis, design, test, and evaluation. She works within a user perspective understanding that interaction is mental and takes place in a context. Research priorities at present are: user perspective in open source environments, cultural diversity in design, visual interaction.She has published in proceedings of the major HCI conferences and in Education and Information Technologies, Digital Creativity, International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction, Communications of the ACM.

Professor and Head of the PhD School at the Depart-ment of Informatics at Copenhagen Business School. He is co-founder of the AIS SIG on e-government and
at the editorial boards for International Journal of Electronic Government Research and Information Communication & Society; the general chair of DEXA 2005 and organiser of annual EGOV conferences. He is Scientific Co-ordinator of the Demo-net NoE (www.demo-net.org) EU-project and has been a partner and project manager for seven Asian e-government projects.He has published his research on EDI and datanetworking in the public sector (at Kluwer, 1998), Information Systems in the Public Service (at IOS Press, 1995), Interdisciplianry Approaches to e-Business (at Kluwer, 2003), The Past and Future of Information Systems (at Elsevier 2004), and Public Sector Process Rebuilding Using Information Systems (at Klu-wer, 2004) and in the International Journal on E-Government, Internation-al Journal of Public Administration, The Information Society, European Journal of Information Systems, Social Science Computer Review, Infor-mation Communication and Society, Government Information Quarterly.

Head of Department and Professor in Business In-formatics at Copenhagen Business School. His main research interests are distributed knowledge manage-
ment systems in software development, business services, health care, and construction industries; digital government (particularly business-to-government systems), economics and governance of ICT, including open source software, open standards and standardisation. In recent years he has conducted research for the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation on open standards (2005-6), advanced Digital Govern-ment applications (2003-4), Open Source Software in Digital Government (2002), and advised on open source software pilot projects (2003-4).
He has been appointed Chairman of the Committee for the National Agency in Software for Digital Government (2006-8).
