To Import Mail

Log on to your BoxerMail account, then click on the gear icon in the upper right and choose settings.

Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP button at the top of the page. Scroll down to the IMAP access section.

Make sure “Enable IMAP” is chosen and click Save Changes at the bottom.

Open Outlook. Go to File -> Info -> Account Settings -> Account Settings

Click New.

Choose E-mail Account and next:

Choose Manually configure server settings or additional server types and choose Next.

Choose Internet E-Mail and choose next:

Enter the information as appears below, but with your name and your [email protected] email address.

Next go to More Settings and Advanced and enter the following:

Click OK and Next, Finish and Close.

You should now see your BoxerMail in the folder list along the left hand side of Outlook. You must click

“Send/Receive All Folders” and, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the amount of emails

you have, it may take a while to download all mail.

To Import Your Contacts

Log on to BoxerMail. Click on Contacts at the top. Choose More -> Export.

Choose Export…

Choose Outlook CSV Format and click Export.

Your web browser will download a contacts.csv file. Depending on your browser and browser setting, this file

may go directly into your Downloads folder, or you may be prompted where you want to save it to.

Next, open Outlook. Go to File -> Open -> Import

Choose Import from another program or file and Next. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)

Click Browse. Navigate to and select the contacts.csv file that you saved earlier. Click Next.

Choose your primary Contacts folder within Outlook and click Next:

Click Finish:
