Useful BowkerLink tips: • Always complete the mandatory fields marked with a *. • To find out more about a field, click on the heading then a guide box will appear. • Cover images can only be uploaded once the title is fully loaded and showing on BowkerLink™. • If you need a reminder of your Username and Password, please contact us. • If an error message appears in red at the top of your screen, please check all mandatory * fields before contacting [email protected] for assistance. • Always Finish and Save!

How do I add or update a cover image? 1. Search for the ISBN by selecting the ‘Search Title’ tab along the top of the BowkerLink™ screen. 2. Enter the ISBN and click on search. The title line will appear. 3. Select Upload Image (a new screen will appear). 4. Select Browse, then locate the cover image to be loaded. 5. Select the ‘Upload New’ tab.
How do I add a book description? 1. In the Title Information page of your selected title, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Additional Title Information (a new screen will appear). 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select Add Additional Annotation. 3. Scroll towards to the bottom of the page again until you see the Annotation heading and box. To enter up to 250 words to describe the title. How do I add an additional market? 1. In the title record, scroll down to the Sales Information section. Just underneath this section, you will see Add Additional Geographic Markets. 2. When you check, a new section will appear. Enter the new market details and price details.
How do I update/change My Account details? 1. Select My Account. find it on the top left-hand side of the main BowkerLink™ page, once you are logged in. 2. From this page, you can change the Administrator Username and Password. 3. To add new/delete users, please click on Detailed Account Information. 4. If you need to Edit: Company Information, click on your publisher name ( just below the Current Publisher bar on the My Account page).
