The workshops will take place alongside the showcase, and will give an overview of the potential and the practical steps to get started in the following areas 1) Growing Apples 2) Producing Honey 3) Organic Food Registration at 5.30pm Please confirm your attendance to [email protected] by Friday 23 September This event is a joint agency initiative led by Bord Bia and Atlantic Way, and involving the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, County Enterprise Boards, Enterprise Ireland, Failte Ireland, Tourism Ireland, Leader Groups and Teagasc. The event brings together representatives of the Food Industry, from production to access-to-markets. The showcase will provide Retail and Foodservice buyers an opportunity to meet over 40 local food and drink producers from the Mid West Atlantic Way region.
