ABOUT USWe are a small fashion house based in Noosa. Boom Shankar started 15 years ago and has grown to become a well-recognised brand that is sold in over 200 boutiques throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are a small team committed to bringing you original fashion with an emphasis on strong prints, highest quality cottons and amazing customer service! We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

PRICESAll prices are inclusive of GST. We do supply a recommended retail price. We ask that you do not sell below this price, unless on sale.

ORDERINGWe have supplied an order form for your convenience. Please either email it, fax it or phone your order through to us. We do not require a minimum order, although we do advise a minimum of six garments per style for story telling in your shop merchandising. Please always feel free to contact us for any query regarding our stock, sizing or anything to do with your order. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are always happy to assist you whenever we can. Our collections are limited and as we print our own fabrics we are not always able to re-order on items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESOur terms are strictly no return or exchange on items due to change of mind. If any item is deemed faulty through manufacture we will always honour to exchange, return or credit your account to the value of the items. When you receive stock that you believe is faulty, it is your responsibility to contact us within 10 days from receiving your order to organise a replacement or a credit.

FREIGHT & POSTAGEYour order can be sent using TNT, DHL or Australia Post (express post). DHL deliveries will take longer to get to you but are more cost effective. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for DHL deliveries and 1-3 business days for Australia Post. Please contact us if you believe your order has not arrived on time and we will track it for you.

ACCOUNTSYour first five orders are strictly COD/Proforma. After your first 5 orders you may apply for a 14 day account.

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTSStatements will be emailed to all account holders with open invoices. Payment can be made by either bank transfer (please quote your account name) or credit card payment.
