The human body is a marvelous and intricate structure that can twist into any shape and form when aligned in the right way. Think of the degree of flexibility and balance you can achieve when you begin to understand and manipulate the body’s natural symmetry; a well functioning body translates to a healthy mind and fulfilling lifestyle.

It’s no secret that having a good posture is an important thing, yet it’s far too easy to forget this when going about our daily activities. There is so much more a person with a good head on their shoulders can accomplish that would otherwise be seemingly impossible or difficult for others to achieve.

And although there’s no right and wrong way of doing things, there is a good and hazardous way of treating our bodies. If you pay attention to the length and connection of

every ligament, you will begin to realize there is a science and mathematical sequence to how we are built.

Learning how to align in imaginary shapes and lines can be helpful in regaining balance and flexibility. Regaining balance and flexibility can be fun and interesting regardless of your current shape or fitness level.

It’s not a mistake that the legs are where they are, and the hands are where they are and the ears are... well, you get the picture. Bones are connected in a specific way to accommodate the muscles that support them and those muscles have veins that nourish our cells and keep us alive.

When we stretch, we open up the natural passages for blood, oxygen and nutrients to flow easily and this is why its so important to do so before and after exercise.

BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY

The clincher is that every movement we make is an exercise, so it would be a wise move to make it a habit to stretch every morning just to establish a good tone and get ready for the day ahead.

Balance. Remember triangles and straight lines? When learning

balance, it helps to draw imaginary lines with the mind and fit the body into them like when you first learned shapes as a child by fitting blocks into appropriate indents on a board.

The back of the heel is the best part to establish as a base point to shift the weight when standing up as that’s where the leg bone bends. It helps to stand leaning slightly backwards even if it feel as though you might fall back at first, this distributes the weight to the leg bone, making it easier for you to be turn quickly, and the stance also means you have to engage your core- need we say more?

When bending up and down you should try to maintain a triangle from your nose to your knees and you can move the base of this triangle to and from your toes. To go lower, move the base to your toes and to go higher, the base shifts to the knees.

To shift your weight from left to right, draw an isosceles triangle, this way, when you lose balance, it’s easy to land on the lifted leg and return to the base position. The hands too can be used, and it’s mindful to think of them as straight lines extending to the sides at all times until you are familiar enough to know what it feels like to be in balance without falling around.

Balance is one of things you can lose if you don’t practice often, but the good news is that it’s easy to regain at any stage in life. When you can balance right, doing all sorts of things become easier, like jumping higher and having a strong core. A balanced body is a balanced mind, and a balanced mind is a balanced life.

Flexibility and curvesYou know how easy it is to break a dry twig and how

supple and malleable a moist branch is? Our bodies are the same. Bones are denser than the muscles that are there to protect and surround them, but strong muscles don’t necessarily mean supple muscles.

Here’s something interesting, a stiff muscle is like a dry twig and a flexible one is like a moist branch. The way to moisten a muscle is to soak it with nutrients. That’s where stretching comes in. Because the natural passage ways for

blood, nutrients and oxygen to travel are open after a stretch, injury becomes less likely to occur.

Creating curves with your body is a wonderful way to stretch effectively. The spine is the basic underpin for the body so it would make sense to start there. The spine actually begins at the top of the neck and ends almost above the beginning of the butt.

When curving, keep this in mind and always strive to create a uniform curve. You can also play around and form all sorts of curves with the entire body. When you are flexible, thinking becomes easier because oxygen travels faster around the body and to the brain.

So whether its for brains or braun, it doesn’t hurt to be a little more flexible.

There are many more advantages to having balance and being flexible. The body’s natural symmetry can help you feel what the right way to move is. The body is connected to the mind and we create our realities through the thoughts we constantly think. When you reacquaint yourself with the way the body functions, you become more aware of what feels right and this seeps into other areas of your life and affects you positively.

Relearn what a marvelous thing the body is and you’ll fall in love with yourself all over again. Kids are amazed at everything: their toes, belly buttons and other random parts of themselves. Could it be that they are aware of the miracle the body is? Einstein once said there are only two ways to live.

The first is to pretend that nothing is a miracle, and the second, to acknowledge that everything is a miracle. Everything includes our bodies.

Speed Skating

There are a few things that’ll get you close to the feeling of flying without necessarily having to be airborne. Of course there’s always the thrill of driving a fast car or sticking your head out the window of a fast moving train, but there’s a degree of satisfaction that comes from being in control of the process of movement by actively employing the forces around you to create fluid motion.

Speed skating is a ground sport close enough to giving you a taste of what flight and freedom is all about as you’ll get. It’s a great way to get into shape too. Skating incorporates cardio and strength training, and since it’s low impact, its fun to do and

doesn’t feel too much like exercise. A person weighing 120 pounds might burn around 381 calories during an hour of skating, while someone who weighs 180 pounds burns 572 calories during that time period.

And since you have to be on wheels to skate, you practice the art of balance. This is especially beneficial in developing proprioception -the body’s ability to interpret and use information about your position in space- for other activities.

The feeling of freedom alone should be enough to inspire you, but throw in the advantage of getting fit and balance to the equation and.. Oh boy... to   Pg   11

When I was a little girl, I had the tendency to dream a lot. Who I was and what I did changed quite often, but the general theme was something to the lines of being the Greatest in the world at Something.

Life is simple when you are young. Worry is optional and to always have fun is the only- or rather most important -agenda at any given time.

That’ll all change, I was told, One day you’ll get a driver’s license and with it will come bills and plenty responsibilities.

In addition, I was informed there are dreamers and there are people (normal people ) who get jobs to pay the bills that spring up so they can live happily ever after. It was further explained to me that dreamers are those naive, whimsical people that

corporations hesitate to hire. The idea was to not fall in that category.

I was faced with the dilemma of being torn between two options: I wanted the driver’s license, but wasn’t too excited about paying rent; especially if I faced the possibility of never getting hired since I was determined to remain a dreamer all my life.

Because my reality at the time seemed to contradict my beliefs, I developed the habit of taking long walks where I would indulge in daydreaming to escape reality.

It turned out to be the best thing I ever did for myself. It was during those walks that I began to understand what made me really

happy. I didn’t know it then, but I was learning that it’s okay to go with the flow, just as long as it’s the stream of your choice that you are flowing to. I was also creating my current reality.

Over the years, my walks shortened and I slowly began to forget about my dreams, but once you’ve had a taste of freedom, it’s hard to

settle for anything less.

8

I’ve experienced a lot since then, and after all I’ve been through, I know now for a fact what I speculated to be true then, is true: Reality is just a persistent version of a dream. Nothing is set in stone, and at any moment, we can wake up to realize that not only is anything possible, but we have an obligation to ourselves to seek out and live the impossible.

I suppose it makes no difference what you do or become in life because in the end we all find ourselves anyway, but there’s a void in all our hearts and lives that can only be filled by keeping up with the marvelous creation we are constantly becoming all the time.

The world needs as many dreamers and artists as it can use accountants and doctors, so I won’t insist that being a dreamer is the only way, but I will insist that its only when we start to appreciate our differences instead of trying to correct them, that Life becomes a symphony we can all enjoy.

No dream is too small to hold the potential to change the world. And no one has shrunk to such insignificance that they can’t rise and remember that we are all divine beings. There is potential everywhere for everything. The beautiful thing about life is that no matter what, we are all growing, we are all forever trying to realize our

potential, not only as individuals, but as a collective as well.

I’ve often wondered why we have to go through times when we forget the truth for a while and experience contrast. And I think, in a way, that life is like chewing bubblegum. When we face challenges it’s the part in chewing on the gum that gets it ready for you to blow a bubble.

Sometimes, you need to chew just a little longer to get a bigger bubble.

Living our dreams is like blowing air to create a bubble. I know now that being true to myself is like exploding air into my own bubbles and that is what has given me the

power to fly.Whatever you do, don’t settle for

less than you dream you can become. When you make up your mind to find a way, life goes about making sure you won’t be disappointed.

So maybe it’s not such a bad thing to take a walk and dream a little every now and then, trust me, there’s no better feeling then to forget everything you’ve been taught to make up your mind about what you truly believe, and funny enough, you don’t even have to be a quarter century to do this.

You could just stand up and do it at any moment, and for the child in you, that would be more than enough.

Most people believe that they are the mind, and erroneously believe that controlling the mind means holding themselves back and denying their freedom. They feel that controlling their mind is not natural, and that it is some sort of repression. These beliefs are not correct.

The proof that we are not the mind comes with training. Accept the idea in theory, and in time, as your control over your thoughts grows, you will know it as a fact. In reality, you, the real you, is the one mastering the mind. It is not the mind mastering itself.

Advice for Practicing The Concentration Exercises

Find a place where you can be alone and undisturbed. You can sit crossed legged on the floor if you can, or on a

chair. Sit with your spine erect. Take a few calm deep breaths and then relax your body. Direct the attention to your body, and relax each muscle and part of it.

I will now give you some exercises to practice. Sit down to practice for about 10 minutes, and after a few weeks of training, lengthen the time to 15 minutes.

Start with the first exercise, practicing it daily, until you are able to do it without any distractions or forgetfulness, and without thinking about anything else, for at least three continuous minutes. Every time you get distracted, start again, until the 10 or 15 minutes pass away. You have to be honest with yourself, and proceed to the next one, only after you are convinced that you have practiced it correctly and with full concentration.

Sharpening the needle of concentration requires practice, as everything else in life. Do you go to the gym? If you do, how many times during the week and for how long? Do you study a foreign language? If you do, how much time do you devote to it? Developing concentration is not different; training is required. Even ten minutes a day of concentration exercises will do you good.

The mind does not like discipline and will resist your efforts to discipline it. It loves its freedom more than anything else, and will try to stand in your way to master it, in any way it can. It will cause you to forget to do the

exercises, tempt you to postpone performing them or make you feel too lazy. It will find many tricks to stop and disturb you, but you can and must be stronger.

You will find below, some simple concentration exercises to perform. Always remember that the choice is yours, to be a slave to the mind and its whims, or to be its master. By practicing mental exercises, it is possible to train the mind and master it, and put it in its proper place, as your servant, and not as your boss and master.

You are not the mind nor the thoughts that pass through it. Though it might be hard to accept this idea, the mind is not you, the real you, but only a tool that you use. It is an instrument, which has great value, but it has to be taught to obey you.

No timetable can be given, as this may be frustrating. If for example, I tell you that a certain exercise has to completed in a week, two things may happen. You may get disappointed, if you cannot get the desired concentration within a week, or you may move on without practicing the exercise correctly. Mastering the exercises successfully might take days, weeks, months and sometimes even more.

Put your whole attention into the exercises, and do not think about anything else. Be careful not to fall asleep, daydream or think about other matters. The moment you find yourself thinking about something else, stop the exercise and start again. After you become proficient, lengthen the time, and if possible, include another session in the afternoon.

Do not attempt too much at the beginning, and don't try to perform them all at once. Go slowly, without overdoing them or tensing your brain.

If you find it too difficult, or thoughts distract you and make you think about other matters, don't despair. Everyone encounters difficulties along the way. If you persevere and never give up, in spite of difficulties and disturbances, success will crown your efforts. Remember, even those with powerful concentration had to exercise their minds.

It does not matter if your concentration is weak now, it can be developed and strengthened like any other ability, through training and investing the necessary time, energy and earnestness.

In time, you will find out that you can concentrate anywhere, anytime, no matter where you are. You will be able to focus your mind, think and function under the most trying circumstances, while remaining calm, relaxed and collected. The reward is worth the effort a thousand fold.

Now to the exercises. Some of them may be familiar to you, and some may seem too easy to perform. Some were taken from various sources, and others were created by me.

For full benefit, it is advisable that you practice each exercise for one additional week, after you are convinced that you are practicing it correctly and with full attention.

Concentration exercisesExercise 1

Take a book and count the words in any one paragraph.

Count them again to be sure that you have counted them correctly. Start with one paragraph and when it becomes easier, count the words in a whole page. Perform the counting mentally and only with your eyes, without pointing you finger at each word.

Exercise 2Count backwards in your mind, from one hundred to one.

Exercise 3Count in your mind from one hundred to one, skipping each three numbers, that is 100, 97, 94, etc.

Exercise 4Choose an inspiring word, or just a simple sound, and repeat it silently in your mind for five minutes. When your mind can concentrate more easily, try to reach ten minutes of uninterrupted concentration.

Exercise 5Take a fruit, an apple, orange, banana or any other fruit, and hold it in your hands. Examine the fruit from all its sides, while keeping your whole attention focused on it. Do not let yourself be carried away by irrelevant thoughts or associated thoughts that might arise, such as about the shop were you bought it, about how and where it was grown, its nutritive value, etc. Stay calm, while trying to ignore these thoughts and not be interested in them. Just look at the fruit, focus your attention on it without thinking about anything else, and examine its shape, smell, taste and the sensation it gives when touching and holding it.

Exercise 6This is the same as exercise number 5, only that this time you visualize the fruit instead of looking at it. Start by looking at the fruit and examining it for about 2 minutes, just as in exercise number 5, and then do this one. Close your eyes, and try to see, smell, taste and touch the fruit in your imagination. Try to see a clear and well defined image. If the image becomes blurred, open your eyes, look at the fruit for a short while, and then close your eyes and continue the exercise. It might help if you imagine the fruit held in your hands, as in the previous exercise, or imagine it standing on a table.

Exercise 7Take a small simple object such as a spoon, a fork, or a glass. Concentrate on one of these objects. Watch the object from all sides without any verbalization, that is, with no words in your mind. Just watch the object without thinking with words about it.

Speed Skating cont.

Plyometric exercises are

specialized, high intensity training techniques used to develop athletic power (strength and speed). Plyometric training involves high-intensity, explosive muscular contractions that invoke the stretch reflex (stretching the muscle before it contracts so that it contracts with greater force). The most common plyometric exercises include hops, jumps and bounding movements. These exercises typically increase speed and strength and build power.

Plyometrics (and any impact exercise) can increase the risk of injury if you don't follow certain safety precautions. The tremendous force generated during these moves requires that athletes use them sparingly and with proper training.

The most important aspect of a safe and effective plyometric program is developing a safe landing technique. This means the athlete lands softly on the toes and rolls to

the heels. By using the whole foot (and a larger surface area) for landing it helps dissipate the impact forces on the joints. The other key to proper landing is to avoid any twisting or sideways motion at the knee.

Plyometrics Safety Tips

Plyometrics are recommended only for well-conditioned athletes.

You should have high levels of leg strength prior to performing plyometrics.

Warm up thoroughly before starting plyometrics.

Start slowly with small jumps and gradually build up.

Land softly (see above) to absorb shock.

Allow plenty of rest between plyometric workouts.

Stop immediately if you feel any pain in your joints.

Use footwear with plenty of cushioning.

Perform plyometrics on soft or cushioned surfaces only.

Here is my favorite plyometric exercise: the speed skater. The Speed Skater exercise will develop the muscles in the hip, groin, ankles and quadriceps. It will help to improve lateral quickness and agility.

Instructions:

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees to lower your body 8-10 inches and lean forward until your shoulders are positioned above your knees. Even

though you are leaning over, you should do so by bending at the waist while maintaining good posture in your upper back. Begin by lightly hopping sideways about 2 feet and landing on your right foot, then hop sideways back onto your left foot and repeat for 10-20 repetitions.

Land with your feet in a strong, full-foot position. Don't just land on your toes! You can increase the lateral distance of your hopping from 2 feet to 6 feet as you become more powerful. You can also perform this exercise in a stationary fashion or in a linear fashion by moving forward slightly with each lateral jump. Your legs will look like a speed skater powerfully pushing from side to side.

Page 12: Boomalign

12

Exercise 8After becoming proficient in the above exercises, you can come to this exercise. Draw a small geometrical figure, about three inches in size, such as a triangle, a rectangular or a circle, paint it with any color you wish, and concentrate on it. You should see only the figure, nothing else. Only the figure exists for you now, with no unrelated thoughts or any distractions. Try not to think with words during the exercise. Watch the figure in front of you and that's it. Try not to strain your eyes.

Exercise 9The same as number 8, only this time visualize the figure with the eyes closed. As before, if you forget how the figure looks like, open your eyes for a few seconds and watch the figure and then close your eyes and continue with the exercise.

Exercise 10The same as above in number 9 but the eyes open.

Exercise 11Try for at least five minutes, to stay without thoughts. This exercise is to be attempted only after all the previous ones have been performed successfully. The previous exercises, if practiced correctly, will endow you with the ability to impose silence on your thoughts. In time it will become easier and easier.

______________________________________

The secret of success is constant practice. The more time you devote to the exercises the faster your success arrives. Go on gradually; ten minutes at the start and in

time as you gain the ability to concentrate, give it more time. When you see that you are successful, you will begin to love the exercises, and in time they will become a habit. You will be able to concentrate your attention easily and effortlessly upon anything you want to concentrate on.

Are you jogging, exercising at the gym or studying a foreign language? How difficult it was in the start? How many times you wanted to quit? Yet, after a while you started to like what you were doing. It became a habit, needing no effort to perform. So it is with developing the power of concentration.

After some of time you will start to feel differently. It will be easier to concentrate. Your mind will be calm and relaxed, and you will radiate peace into your surroundings. Things, circumstances and events that used to agitate

and anger you, will not influence your inner calmness. You will experience happiness, content and satisfaction, self-confidence and inner strength. You will be able to cope more easily and efficiently with the outer world. You will feel a new form of consciousness growing in you, bringing you peace of mind. It may come every now and then for a brief moment, but in time it will grow and fill you completely. You will be able to make the mind work for

you when you need its services, in a most efficient way. You will be able to silence it when its services are not needed.

I assure you, from personal experience, that the attitude to life and the reactions to events change after starting to practice concentration. It is some kind of automatic and gradual process. You come to know many things about the mind and how it functions, and you learn to deal with it efficiently.

We are the creators of what we consider to be reality. In Quantum Physics, at the sub-atomic level, an atom behaves according to the expectation of the observer. In addition, an atom can display the properties of being both a particle and a wave.

Matter, it turns out, is made up of these atoms, so that would suggest that reality also behaves according to the expectation of the observer.

It’s not a secret that the substance of the Universe is consciousness. The interesting thing about all of this, is what it suggests about what we believe to be reality.

Consider the following statement by Max Planck :‘There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and

holds this most minute solar system of the atom together.

We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.’

What this statement refers to is that everything around us is actually a manifestation intangible dreams.

Strange? If you think about it, really think about it, it all makes sense. Everything in the Universe exists as a vibration first, and from vibration, comes sound: First was the word, and the word was God.

God, the Matrix, the Universe- whatever you call it- is Consciousness. We are made in His image, which means we, who we truly are is Consciousness too. We are not only observers of reality, we participate in

creating it too. And we do this through the vibration we offer, as we are, in fact vibrational beings.

The blank matter within the most basic blocks of perceivable existence is malleable and molded by intent. Yes, we create reality as we go along and the desire to expand drives all intent.

If you’re kind of sort of wondering how you can create a reality you desire in any area of your life and affect the common reality we share, the answer is, through the vibration you emit.

For a while, let’s consider Sacred Geometry, the tree of life and the process of creation in biology. The way reality is created is similar to the way the tree of life is formed. If you are not familiar with sacred geometry, it goes something like this.

Science & Reality

Page 14: Boomalign

14

Science and RealityFirst, point A is formed or created- a

vibration pulsing from desire. Then point A extends to establish point B. The two points have the same vibrational essence and what separates them is time.

Think about how when you stand up to walk, you have the desire to get from one place to another. Point A is the birth of your desire where mind and body are the same. The mind extends to point B and holds the vibration or vision of the destination, and getting there is the time it takes for the body to fulfill the intention of the desire that was born.

In the creation of the tree of life, a point is formed, which then extends and the two points are joined to form an extended line. This process repeats itself until a shape known as the tree of life is created. The tree of life is named accordingly, because it can be found in the imprint of all living things.

All creation complies with the above process. First a desire, then vibration, then sound, and then matter. What we see as reality is really just the manifestation of an intention or desire that existed as a vibration first.

Now, how we all perceive a similar reality is that memory ties it all together by reinforcing what has been manifested. And there are creations that have been born of common desires. That is why people of a certain culture, nationality or creed share common beliefs.

But more important than the common beliefs that are shared, is the essence of the individual belief, because Law of Attraction has a way of responding to vibrations and not manifestations. In other words, life is such that you can choose your beliefs

and you will be drawn to a reality that is ruled by those beliefs.

Ever wondered why some affirmations or prayers work and others don’t? Well, simply put, words are empty without a feeling attached to them.

The only language consciousness responds to is the language of vibration. What we feel and what we believe is vibration. if you say one thing and believe something else, you are contradicting yourself, and in such cases, it’s vibration that always wins.

So it’s more important to focus on what you believe than what you say, and you can tell what you believe by the actions you take.

You might be aware that a belief is really just a thought you keep thinking so you can change your beliefs at anytime by changing the thoughts you keep thinking. And that’s the basics of how things or reality is created.

Remember, everything exists in a potential state. Your point of power is in the present moment because it’s in the present that you have access to which potential is fulfilled. Tomorrow never really comes, because by the time its around, we perceive it as today.

It might help to be a little sedated when you read the next part so you don’t freak out. Time is an illusion.

We mention this because it makes it convenient for us to drill in the fact that everything and anything only exists now. Make peace with now and you affect the future and even the past.

We at Boomalign believe in the interconnectedness of everything.

The Universe and life is like this large membrane that’s constantly expanding itself and growing. Just like in a hologram, every fragment of a tiny portion of the hologram reflects the whole. At any point, a change made to one tiny fragment is made on the whole. Change yourself and you change the world.

If you can believe something, and feel it as if it has already happened, you become powerful beyond measure and you actively command how reality behaves. Life becomes a game, your game.

Another thing, life is always expanding, so it helps to keep up with not only everything around you, but who you are also constantly becoming both as consciousness and physically. Have fun creating your reality.

Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, either way you are

right ~ Max Planck

BELIEVE

in Something

Page 16: Boomalign

16

Whatever you do, do it because you believe in the power of doing it. Do things because you want to do them, and not because you think you should be doing them.

When you live like this, you say to yourself, the Universe and everybody around you, that you are happy to be alive. And when you are happy to be alive, you really start living.

Overcome your fears and you master courage. It’s that simple.

Children and animals are wonderful examples of how we should be living life. Chances are if you do something big, you might fall a few times and have a boo-boo to show for it. Now, I wonder what a marvelous world it would be if grown ups paraded their boo-boo’s proudly like kids do when they get hurt instead of hide them.

Funny, I remember when I was growing up in school, after every major holiday, kids with broken arms or legs would be seen as heroes. It just made perfect sense: if your leg is broken, you must have been doing something spectacular!

So why is it that when we grow up, we start to become ashamed of our failures? If you fail, shouldn’t it only mean you are learning to master something? Isn’t failure just like falling when you practice? The only time it becomes permanent is if you stop growing, but if you keep doing what you are doing, you always become better at it. Whatever it is that you are doing.

When you love what you do, it’s like wearing protective gear. If it’s a big thing you are doing, it would help to really , really love it.

People are strange sometimes. They like to repeat what’s been said before, probably because they are too lazy to come up with new things to say, who knows. But if they’ve been told it can’t be done, they are sure to repeat it to you.

When you make it clear you want to do something that’s never been done before, two things will happen: you will be told it’s impossible, and you will fall. You might as well get over it now.

When they tell you it’s impossible, that’s when you gotta believe the most that it can be done. And when you fall, if you’re having fun, you’ll get up again without too much drama.

If you’re going to repeat something, repeat the words of great people. And every great person will tell you they’ve practiced being great, fallen a few times and found a way to access faith. Faith, by the way, is indifferent to logic and common sense.

A belief is more powerful than any force in the Universe because beliefs are what create the world we live in.

Believing in something is knowing without a doubt that thing to be true regardless of what current circumstances suggest. If you never believe beyond what you know, you never create something new. At best, you just perfect what already is.

And who wants to live in such a predictable world?

My favorite quote by Bruce Lee is about limitations: If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”

A life reaching for something is so much better than a life running away from something. It wouldn’t make sense to drive in reverse over a long distance so why do we live our lives backing away from failure when we should be driving towards what makes us happy?

It doesn’t matter what you believe in, as long as you believe in something. Believe in yourself, believe in God. Believe in ice-cream if it gives you sweet dreams. Just believe in something spectacular. And before you establish a belief, challenge it first and then articulate why you believe in it.

You’ll find there are things you thought were true that don’t make sense and when this happens, you’re probably doing it right. Life is what you want it to be. Believe in good things and dare to live a simple happy life doing ordinary (and new) things in extraordinary ways.

Do what you want to do, it’s the only thing you can really do. And always, love what you do.

‘There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.’

ractice makes perfect. And whenever you think or do anything over and over again, you are practicing that thing. This applies to everything. You practice greatness and you practice mediocrity.

We all have an epic and mediocre version for the things we do in life, business, art, sport... you name it. Practice greatness in one area, and it affects every other thing you do.

Learn something new everyday and you start to discover there’s a simpler way to do things. That simple way is to understand you already know how to do everything.

You operate like a computer, once a program has been downloaded into you, you can start to use it. What you need to practice, is getting comfortable being great at whatever you choose to do. Hey, if you’re going to do something, do it all the way.

Drill it into your stubborn brain that you are great. And then take the creative plain to achieve anything you want. The creative plain is knowing abundance. There is enough of everything for everyone, including yourself.

Forget the idea that anything is separated, because the truth is that nothing is separate and everything is connected.

Perception and perspective are the only things you need to focus on when tackling anything.

Decide from what perspective you wish to approach life and you simplify your existence profoundly.

If you aren’t great, you are mediocre. Yeah, sometimes the truth stings. Somebody’s gotta tell you like it is, and we volunteer to do the job. But think of it this way, now you have an excuse to be awesome.

And the great thing about being creative is that you can achieve the same outcome, and usually better, than if you approach life otherwise.

Here’s another way to see it, in business, it’s the difference between creating a legacy and starting a career. In love, its the feeling of freedom or captivity. In sport, breaking a record, or just winning a game. It should all be making sense so far.

You might imagine there are things you want to be competitive in and things you are naturally creative in. Two words: remember separation. It doesn’t exist.

Don’t give yourself any other option except to be great and awesome at everything you do and it becomes true for you.

Practice greatness, your life will be awesome. And it’s easy really, when you start to practice greatness, great things happen , the Universe has a way of giving you in access anything you ask for, opportunities to practice greatness will present themselves to you.

nd finally, forget to be the person that everybody expects you to be and you start to become the person you’ve always wanted to be. This is how you stay true to yourself and everyone.

And then the Universe congratulates you by co-operating with you to fulfill your desires.

Practice, practice, practice, until you finally start to get it. You are awesome. It’s that simple.

Practice is just the art of allowing yourself to be comfortable with the feeling of doing it right

The simple truth about almost everythingDance

Hip-hop, salsa, ballet, even jamming to your favorite tune in your bedroom in front of the mirror is like a shot of happiness. Doing anything that requires mind body connection, makes you smarter and gets your heart pumping which is a healthy thing.

However, dance and walking are the easiest and most natural things to do and after doing approximately ten minutes of either, your body begins to release endorphins, which is the correct biological term for ‘happy hormones’.

Going for a drink might also do the trick, but unlike liquor, there are no side effects involved with dancing.

ProsperityThe world is an abundant place to live in and there is

enough of everything for everyone. That’s it. Poverty and riches are of the mind. We think

ourselves poor and we think ourselves rich and the mind goes about making sure our beliefs are confirmed. A believe is just a thought you keep thinking so start thinking what you want to believe and you change your beliefs along with your reality. If you want to be rich, think

abundance. If you want to be in love, think and fall in love with everything and anything you can imagine. The same goes for ideas and success.

ConspiraciesTwo words: they exist. So do fairies and leprechauns.

And while we’re discussing such matters, let’s tackle the subject of Santa Claus and the power of a government shall we? Neither can really do anything for you.

No one can take your power away from you unless you give it to them. Fear is giving your power away to whatever it is you are afraid of.

Really, a life of love is way more fulfilling and simple to live. Forget conspiracies, just love.

DrugsYes, you guessed it, almost everything is a drug. But

in keeping with the code of professionalism, we will proceed to refer to drugs as a substance that alters your natural chemical state and not say a word about your medicine cabinet and the fact that it has more potent drugs than you dare to admit.

This is not about weed, although we will mention that it’s absolutely natural and alcohol and cigarettes are more hazardous to your body that the green stuff, so before you knock it off, remember Bob Marley, quit smoking cigarettes and cut down on drinking.

Then, when you’ve lived a life close in proximity to that of a saint, you can knock weed down. And oh yeah, try to relax because stress is the number one cause of all disease. Without it, you won’t need any drugs.

EmotionsOur experience of emotions is the physical

manifestation of the vibration we are constantly emitting. Our emotions indicate what we are giving our attention to. There are only two emotions that human kind experiences: Fear and Love. All other emotions branch directly or indirectly from these two emotions.

Stop being afraid and you automatically have room to love. Here’s a wonderful thought: at anytime, you have absolute power over the emotion you are feeling. It’s as easy as flipping a light switch. Remember, light permeates darkness, not the other way round.

To overcome a ‘bad’ feeling emotion, don’t resist it, it only makes it bigger. Just replace it with a good or better feeling emotion. If you keep doing this, you’ll soon find yourself in the vicinity of love where rainbows shine and milk and honey flows... oh, we apologize, it seems we’re in Wonderland. We recommend you join us.

Justin BieberHe’s a girl. Oh wait, what we really meant is that he

has feminine qualities. No really, all of us do. It’s the yin and yan thing, we all possess masculine and feminine aspects and when we learn to balance them, we become powerful individuals.

In regards to Bieber... yeah, we’ll leave you to decide what the simple truth about him is.

Your attitude determines your altitude. It doesn’t matter what it is you do, when you do it, do it well and put your heart into it. Remember that in the end, all you really have is the experience you are having now.

Enjoy every moment of the journey. Savor every breath, cherish every smile, taste every bite, listen to every word and love every day.

Fall in love again. We are romantic beings, all of us. So listen to your heart and do the things that give you butterflies in your stomach, that’s what being in love is all about. Face your fears, they are just the flip side of Love. And remember that we are all here to have our own experience. Love everybody, including yourself.

Work less and play more. Life isn’t as serious as you would like to imagine that it is. No matter what happens, everything is unfolding the way it should.

Your only job is to enjoy the journey, the experience of being alive, and to just do what you want. Really, your going to figure it out someway, somehow if you just follow your heart.

Whatever you expect from life is exactly what you’re going to get.

Expect what you hope for and you get what you want. You gotta see yourself the way you want to be before you can become what you want to be.

Imagine you were blind, and you couldn’t see the world the way you look at it now. Contrary to popular belief, blind people have sight.

It’s just a different kind of sight. It’s the kind of sight that translates vibration. If you were to suddenly lose your vision, the only thing that the experience would cause you to do is develop and explore other ways to experience and feel the world around you.

And that’s how you should be living right now. Blind people feel more than anything. Expectation is kind of like looking with your eyes, and hope is almost like closing your eyes and taking a walk. All that starts to matter, is just the next step you take.

Sync the two, and everything makes sense. We like to think that we are different from the next person. The truth is that we are as poor as the poorest person and as rich as the wealthiest person, we’re just living our own version of abundance or lack.

When we love ourselves, we love the world around us. And we heal the world.

Yes, there are horrible things in life. Spoilt milk, rotten eggs and horrible bosses are part of those things, but there lovely things too. Wonderful things. Like the feeling you get when you’re in the company of the people you love and everything is okay. Or when you wake up in the

morning and you realize you are alive and you have a clean slate to paint the picture of the life you want.

Then there’s those moments when you walk down the street and a complete stranger smiles at you and it feels natural to smile back. Or you spend the afternoon with your pet and you forget about that bill you have to pay.

And what about those times you witness a heart-wrenching laugh and it’s so contagious, it causes you to laugh back without knowing why.

If you could focus more on moments like that, you’d cut yourself some slack and see that everything is quite okay after all.

Feel what you feel when you feel it without trying to resist it. Laugh out loud, cry till you have no more tears to shed. Scream out dramatically if it’ll give you a feeling of exhilaration for a while. Cringe because you acted stupid, but act stupid anyway.

Accept that there’s always going to be pain, and hunger and poverty, but it’s okay because those things don’t really exist, it’s just a condition to train whoever is experiencing it to learn about the flip side of the adverse emotion.

Because Love, abundance, freedom, peace, happiness, and variety is all there really is. We are all divine, marvelous individuals here to have fun and learn more about ourselves and the Universe.

Accept everyone, accept everything is just fine. And if you can’t accept it, hey don’t. At least you know what you want. And that’s always a good thing.
