Format of Publication Accompanying Products

As well as the publication that delivers the content and encourages designers to not be afraid to let their ideas and creativity out I want to create products that sum up the key points I make.

These products will be posters that feature large quotes from designers that answer content specific questions, door hangers, mouse mats, stickers and socks that communicate relevant material.

This is the root style and tone of the publication. It will communciate the ambition and optimism of Modernism in a pessimistic Post-Modern fashion.

The publication is going to be in the style of a magazine, I want it to be presented in more of an interactive manner, a brown card box and string with screen printed ‘Why Bother-esque’ artwork on it would work well. This will also relate to the Post-modern hand made style.

To improve on previous editorial I havbe designed I want to make sure the content is not cramped, using large images and plenty of white space will make the publication more aesthetically pleasing and digestible.
