Each role as defined in the organisational structure has a set of clearly defined responsibilities, goals and authorities.

Each role is assigned to their associated roles and responsibilities are allocated to the designated member of the project team.

As this project is a small-scaled project, the project management team structure will not require a team manager.

For flexibility purpose, multiple roles will be assigned to the same set of people. For example, the project assurance team members will also undertake the role of the project support.
