He was elected to the Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame in 1995 and was Chairman of the Board for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (formerly Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle).

Bruce was inducted into the Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame in 2008.

seed industry. He is the son of Clarence and Rosetta Venell. Larry took the position on the board from Rosetta upon her retirement. Larry serves on the board of directors of the Oregon Grass Seed Association and has been active in Oregon legislation on behalf of Oregon Agriculture.

Gordon began his banking career in 1998 and has been the President and CEO of several community banks. Previous to joining the �nancial industry, Gordon worked for KPMG as a CPA and Manager of the �rm’s audit department.
