NOTE: Mar-Jun Marketing Expense $341,880 & Promotions Expense $42,698, Mar-Apr Furniture and Fixtures Expense $76,687, and Feb-May Building Maintenance Expense (painting,repairs & A/C purification systems) $37,892; the budgeted expenses are spread out over twelve-months; $35,000 was unbudgeted expense. The assets appear out of balance presently, but should level out later during the year. According to the CPA, the Total Current Assets report includes funds in the Operations Account, the Expense Account and the Capital Account. Also, May/June Income was lower than estimated by $84,966.
