Audit Committee Chair. APICS SCC Board resolution to:

– Amend the APICS SCC Bylaws– Create an APICS SCC Board operating

procedures – Create an APICS SCC committee handbook and – Provide notice of an action for October 2015, for

the APICS Board to approve the APICS SCC Board resolution
