1984: Founding | BMI was founded by Richard Londesborough and Jonathan Feroze,

the company's joint CEOs who both continue to play active roles. BMI is today

August 22, 2012: Espicom Acquisition | BMI has strengthened its pharmaceutical and

September 9, 2011: Strategic alliance with Solidiance in Asia | BMI formed a strategic
