Blue Waters Resort

History Originally known as Blue Waters Beach Hotel, the resort first opened its doors in 1960 as a sixteen bedroom hotel. Blue Waters was first run by Osmond Kelsick, who had the distinction of being the only Antiguan squadron leader in the Royal Air Force in World War II.

By 1984, Blue Waters had expanded to 45 rooms when it was sold to Ronald Randall, an entrepreneur from England, who fell in love with the resort after staying here many times with his family.

The Randall FamilyRon Randall treats each guest at Blue Waters as if they were a guest in his own home. He is involved in every aspect of the property and takes great pride in being the architect behind the hotel’s gardens and landscaping. Ron’s sons, Tony and Gary, also play integral roles in Blue Waters’ evolution. They oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and bear responsibility for Blue Waters’ refurbishment and redevelopment.

The resort boasts a variety of facilities catered

to families travelling together, including child-

friendly swimming pools, kids menus in all of

the restaurants, as well as kids buffets during

the holiday periods. A babysitting service

organised by our accredited childcare staff is

also available at an additional charge.

Blue Waters Kids Club & Crèche

Your little ones will be well taken care of at the complimentary

Blue Waters Kids Club. Children aged 4-12 will be able to

enjoy a variety of exciting activities, including arts and

crafts and beach games, all under the supervision of trained

professionals. A ‘Secret Garden’ located adjacent to the Kids

Club provides the perfect space for outdoor frolicking!

There is also a crèche located next door to the

Kids Club for children aged 14-47 months which is

payable locally.

Agent Academy

The Blue Waters Agent Academy provides essential information about the resort’s facilities and amenities,

including room types, restaurants and bars and the Blue Waters Spa.

Agents are able to download information packs from the Academy, as well as watch an informational video about

The Living Retreat at Blue Waters

This is perfect for someone wishing to kick start their

health and fitness or for those who are wishing to

continue with their already healthy lifestyle.

The Living Retreats ethos is fast-track with sustainable

results; Retreat, Rebalance, Recharge and Results.

Many of our practices can be continued at home to

even further your goals in your own lifestyle.

The tranquillity and sophistication of Blue Waters is the

perfect setting for this Living Retreat. It will provide a

sanctuary for you to embrace a holistic approach to a

new lifestyle or continue your present one.

Our group programmes are designed in such a way

that each client will receive personal attention creating

a bespoke programme that will fit their requirements.

Packages

Living Retreats will run each year from May 1 to

October 31.

Living Retreats can be booked for a minimum of one

day and a maximum of however many days you can fit

into your holiday.

The retreat runs from Monday - Saturday, 7am - 5pm

and you can join into all the activities during the day,

or pick and choose which you wish to take part in. The

choice is yours.

The cost of the retreat is $85 per person per day and

is bookable prior to arrival or once you arrive at

the resort.

Additional one-to-one sessions can be booked and

paid for locally.

Rebalance

Clients will go through a detailed lifestyle

and health consultation that will highlight

any problem areas. We will look at stress

management, sleep wellness, weight loss, weight

gain, muscle tone, rehabilitation and corrective

postural training, exercise testing and lung and

heart functionality.

Clients will have their own personal supplement

protocol to help fast-track sustainable results.

Recharge

Yoga, meditation, pilates, strength and

conditioning, functional training, aqua, kayaking

and food presentations at lunchtime that

will incorporate lunch, specially designed

spa treatments that will enhance and add to

the experience, topical juice presentations

demonstrated by our expert lifestyle coaches in

the chosen topic of the day; be it detox, weight

loss, cleanse, vitality and many more.

Tasty Healthy Food All Day

You will be able to choose Living Retreats

options in each of the restaurants to enable you

to still enjoy each restaurant without feeling

guilty and this will also show you that it is easy to

make small changes to your lifestyle even when

eating delicious food in beautiful restaurants.

Having this option in all of the restaurants will

allow for you whilst on the programme to still

eat with family and friends who are not on the

programme.

This is the perfect way to enable clients who are

on the programme to still feel part of the

whole resort.

The food will be kept in the same style as each of

the restaurants.
