PROJECT BACKGROUND

PROJECT BACKGROUNDA taxonomy of existing dashboard configurations was collected to gain new insights toward the evolution of dashboards in conjunction with evolving technologies.

PROJECT BACKGROUNDEach photo is tagged according to the features depicted. Examples of tags would be:

The taxonomy was designed to allow photos to be filtered by a given tag. We were then able to abstract the dashboard through consideration of each component individually.

When a hierarchy was created, the team brainstormed to produce design concepts that would support the interface and the overall experience of the user.
