• Tunable air wash classifier with rotating screen adjustable for most recyclable medias. Comes complete with 1/2 HP motor.

• Above floor mechanical recovery sweep-in system shown in photo.

• 20 cubic feet media storage hopper with slide gate.

• Abrasive blast pot – Model: MBM-6.5SRE – complete with adjustable spider and lid assembly that has hold downs and is vented into the room.

• One external man door with heavy duty door latch kit with striker and safety viewing window. Located on either side of blast room.

• Hose manifold to handle blast hose, remote line, breathing line, blow off air hose and lid vent.

• External Electric Control Panel – complete with 12 Volt controls to Blast System.

BUCKET ELEVATOR

• Powered by a 1-1/2 HP motor, the bucket elevator is belt driven and operates on two large steel pulleys. It carries media from the auger to the air wash. Also features a viewing window.

Each system comes in different size variations to well accommodate any type of recovery, from a single portion sweep to a full floor recovery.

For use with glass bead, garnet, aluminum oxide, plastic and walnut shell.Standard Sizes: 4’ 6’ 8’ 10’ & 12’.

Used for quicker recovery with all media types including steel grit and shot.Standard sizes: 9’ 12’ & 16’.

• All doors are equipped with safety interlocks to de-activate the blast when the door is opened. • Set-in fluorescent tube lighting assemblies with poly carb lenses.• Panels constructed out of 10 gauge steel, powder coated white on interior and exterior.

• Mounted Radex air purifier.

• Intake / Exhaust plenums. • Steel Floor comes complete with: - Custom fitted checker plate or flat steel floor. - Built with welded steel and anchored to the floor to prevent future ‘curling’ of plates due to the peening effect of blast operations.

• Mod-U-Blast® reverse pulse cartridge collectors are available from 300 CFM to 12,000 CFM. They provide optimum clean air environments for blast cabinets, booths and blast rooms. Reverse pulse collectors feature high efficiency 280 pleated filter cartridges.

• M1200-2C, M2000-4C, M3000-6C, M6000-12C, M9000-18C and M12000-24C models are used for blast room applications and come standard with auto-timed controls. Hopper discharge is standard with all reverse pulse collectors.

• Low profile models also available.
