our programs cater for all ages from 2 years old to adults offering performances at community events, team bonding activities and selected teams travelling for state and national competitions. gold rush cheer boasts a fun and positive environment for athletes and it is inclusive of everyone. athletes not only to learn great athletic skills but strive to develop life skills to be proud of such as team work, determination, willingness to learn and team spirit. We love watching our grc athletes become kind, friendly and helpful individuals that we are proud of!

our coaching staff are passionate and enthusiastic about every aspect of cheerleading, we love to involve everyone in the fun including extended family and friends. Gold Rush Cheer is the only 100% full committed program to All Star Cheerleading in the Goldfields region lead by experienced and trained coaches who all have their required USASF credentials and working with children’s checks.

enteRtAInment AnD fUn foR 2 HoURS!learn how to jump, dance and stunt in your very own routine! (Birthday party is structured and lead by our qualified coaches in their full competition uniform)

our qualified grc Staff will warm up, stretch and teach your guests for 1 hour, this will include a small routine, use of our equipment and games.

We will then give a 30 minute break for food/cake and bouncy castle fun (No FooD or DriNkS are alloWeD iN THe gYm recePeTioN area oNlY)

We will then give out the bows to each child for them to have the last 30 minutes practicing their new routine (which you may like to video if you have permission from the children’s parents) take photos and play games. We encourage that any presents are taken home and not opened at the party so we can all make the most of our cheerleading time together!

followed by competitive shoot out games (Birthday party is structured and lead by our

qualified staff in army camo gear!)

our qualified grc Staff will warm up, stretch and teach your guests for 30 minutes how to tumble, safety roll

and pull out their inner ninja.

Following warm up will be target practice in teams earning points and ranking up those shooting skills!

Safety gear is provided.

We will then give out the bandanas to each child for them to have the last 30 minutes playing shoot out

GRC PARtY fAQ’S

WHat DayS/timeS Can i Have my Party? grc offers birthday parties Saturdays between 11:30am-5pm and Sundays between hours of 9-5pm. We will try to accommodate you where possible and date availability is subject to gym events and prior bookings. First in best dressed, so get in quick to secure your preferred Saturday!

WHen Do i neeD to Confirm my gUeSt liSt, Can BoyS Come? Parents will need to confirm their guest list exactly TWo weeks prior to their booked birthday date. it is important grc is aware of exact number of guest to allow for coaching staff, party favours and invoicing details.

We encourage the guest list to have both Boys and girls. cheerleading and Ninja Nerf Parties are for both both boys and girls, please let us know how on your booking form how many so we can adjust the gifts appropriately.

Maximum guests: We have a ratio of 10:1, we cater for 10 guests on a regular booking, if more is required please let us know in advance

DoeS everyone neeD to ComPlete a Wavier? all participating guests mUST have signed waiver forms, these can either be handed in prior to the day or when you arrive to set up.

WHat SHoUlD everyone Wear/Bring? all guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing they can move around easily in. Shorts & a T-Shirt is advised. Strictly No Jewellery as this can be a danger to themselves and others. cleaN runners (no prickles/sand/mud etc) and long hair tied back neatly. We also encourage guests to bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated.

Can i Bring my oWn nerf gUn?Yes of course however grc does not accept any liability for lost or broken items brought into the facility. We have plenty of guns and bullets for guests to use.

WHat age Can gUeStS PartiCiPate in PartieS?We can accommodate for guest age ranges for any age if you can let us know in advance we can plan your party perfectly! our classes for cheerleading start at 2 years old so making the party perfect for toddlers if our expertise! Ninja nerf parties are recommend for 5 years old and up so guest are able to follow safety instructions.

Can i arrive early to Set UP? You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking to set up cake/food area (staff will direct you)

Do yoU ProviDe DeCorationS anD fooD? grc Staff will decorate with balloons and signs however you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations/table clothes etc (STricTlY No SPriNkleS or gliTTer or looSe TaBle crYSTalS eTc) additionally, You will need to provide all party food and drinks.

Can i Play mUSiC? You may bring your own music if you wish. We have bluetooth, apple iPod/ iPad connections.

WHen Do i neeD to Pay? at the time of booking you will need to provide a non-refundable deposit of $100. 2 weeks prior to booking, along with your confirmed guest list the remaining amount is required to be paid. Please update us with any changes before this time, after this time we cannot refund any guests that cannot make the party.
