Served with pita bread, cucumbers and tomatoes
Make your own Grilled Cheese
With our waffle maker take some cheese, bread and butter and do it yourself
Tomatoes and Brie
Baked Brie served with fresh roasted tomatoes on bread
Sushi
Spicy shrimp roll
Marinated shrimp with wasabi and sriracha spices
Crab and avocado California Roll
Traditional California roll with seasoned crab, fresh avocado, and cucumber
Soup
Jessica’s Tomato Soup
Fresh roasted tomato soup (perfect with a grilled cheese sandwich)
Butternut Squash Soup
A sweet and smoky puree of butternut and acorn squash served with crème fraise and chives and toasted bread

All pizzas are hand made by John Mark and are his signature in the kitchen

Sweet basil and smoked mozzarella
Green Pizza
Fresh arugella pesto and artichoke hearts with fennel-seasoned chicken and corn
Vegetarian Pizza
Warm autumn vegetables and spices with salty Parmesan cheese
Chicken Caesar Pizza
This comes from John Mark’s love of Pita Pit’s Chicken Caesar pita. Grilled Chicken and bacon with tsatsiki sauce and anchovies (It’s incredible!)
Dessert
Raspberry and Espresso Pizza
Home made espresso chocolate and sweet cream with fresh raspberries and cinnamon
Mulled Wine
Warm red wine with mulled spices
Steph’s Fondant Cake
John Mark’s mother loves making and decorating cakes so she will be making his birthday cake.
Chocolate is all we know so far.
