Bruce has over twenty five years of senior leadership experience spanning the full spectrum of supply chain management disciplines in a global manufacturing environment. He has extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain optimization and enterprise transformation.

Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered operations performance excellence; supply assurance; substantial operating cost reductions; and world-class customer service. His areas of expertise include operations management, distribution, logistics, sales & operations planning / SIOP, inventory management, international trade, and project management. In addition, he has broad global experience having served in positions of international scope responsible for supply chain, distribution and logistics across Europe, Asia, Middle East and the America’s, including a 4 year expatriate assignment in Tokyo, Japan.

Bruce has served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain; Director, Global Distribution and Logistics; Project Director, Global ERP, and other senior roles in multi-billion dollar manufacturing companies including Fortune 200 firms. Industry experience includes medical device, biologics, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, high tech electronics and management consulting. He has led numerous successful turnaround and transformation initiatives, process optimization projects, systems implementations, and led an organization of over 600 associates in a multibillion dollar distribution network with sites in Europe, Asia and North America.

Bruce holds a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is CPIM certified by APICS. In prior corporate roles, he was recognized for outstanding achievement and received awards for “Supply Chain Operations Excellence”, “Teamwork and Collaboration” and “Customer Service”, as well as multiple “Supplier of the Year” awards.
