Schick isapparently theex-boyfriend ofLindstadf'scurrent girlfriend. I spoke with on-du ty bartender Vanessa L. Collins who said that nothinghappened anddeniedthat anyone from the barcalledthe police. All thepatrons insidethe baralso denied call ing the police. There did not appear to be any injuries or any dam age inside thebar. All part ies stated that did not want an y police involvement an d did not want to pursue thisincident any further. Coll ins was advised thatsome one from Wild Bills Saloon should attempt tocall the police in future incidents ofthis nature. Tavern Report to be completed.

Niedzielski...M/W...DOB:06/27/63,was at Wild Bill's ba rand became a ng ry with other patron s. Joseph, D avid and several unidentified people from thebar argued in the parkinglot.Joseph wen t to his apar tmentand retrieved a bat.Th e partiescontinued to verbally argue a nd David took the bat awa y from Joseph. Da vid then returned the batand Joseph and Linda walked to their apartme nt. Da vid followed and they started t o enter theapartmen t. Joseph turned around a nd said, "If you want her you can have and pushed Linda'sshoulders." He then entered the apartment and Linda followed. Once in the apartment Josephbroke avase. Linda stated shefollowedhiminsidein order toprevent himfrom leaving andfighting in the parkinglot.Linda indicated Joseph never physically touche dher and his angerwasdirectedat the people from the bar and nother. Josephwas noton-scene when off icers arrived.Based upon the above statements, probable cause did not exist to arrest Joseph for a domesticviolence incident.
