easypaisa info service allows all Telenor subscribers to get information on the Utility Bill Amount and the nearest easypaisa outlets for utility bill payment.

You will receive a reply based menu with the following options:

1. Utility Bill Inquiry 2. easypaisa Merchant Location 3. Other Information

On replying with 1(Utility Bill Inquiry)

You will receive a reply based following menu:

1. Electricity 2. Gas 3. PTCL

On replying with any of the above options a list of utility companies will be displayed

Thereafter you will be prompted to enter the consumer number from the Bill Invoice to receive the bill amount along with the due date (Click Here to view sample utility bills. Consumer No. is highlighted for your reference) On replying with 2( easypaisa Merchant Location)

You will receive a reply based following menu:

• My nearest easypaisa Merchant • Find all easypaisa Merchant by city

On replying with any of the above options, outlet address information with respect to current physical location or as per desired city will be displayed On replying with 3 (Other Information)

• General help information will be displayed

o You will receive the following information: Due Date Payable Amount

Service Charges for easypaisa info services

SMS charges for 3737 (Rs. 0.25) A message is sent: “Please reply with 1 to 3:

1. Utility Bill Inquiry (PKR 2.0 deducted for each inquiry) 2. Find an EasyPaisa Merchant (PKR 1.0 deducted for each query) 3. Other Info (02 informational SMS are sent with No charges)
