INSTALLAZIONE

Gli irrigatori di lunga gittatavengono montati sullacolonnetta, sulla carriola odirettamente sulla pompa permezzo di un attacco a flangiacon quattro o sei fori. Perciascuna flangia, diversa perogni irrigatore, vengono datedue misure: la prima corri-sponde al diametro interno ela seconda al diametro dellacirconferenza passante perquattro fori. Gli irrigatori dimedia e breve gittata sonodotati di un attacco a vite confilettatura a gas; essi vannoavvitati sul rispettivo suppor-to forzando solo sul manicottoesterno e non sulla coronacentrale.

INSTALLATION

Les gros arroseurs sont pla-cés sur des supports à trépiedou directement sur la pompepar moyen d'une bride ayantequatre ou six forures. Pourchaque bride nous donnonsdeux mesures: la premièrecorrespond au diamètre inté-rieur et la deuxième audimétre de la circonférencequi passe par las quatreforures. MOUNTING

The big sprinklers aremounted on their standpipeor directly on the pump bymeans of a flange connec-tion, with four or six holes.Two measures are given foreach flange: the first corre-sponds to the inside diameter,the second to the diameter ofthe circumference passingthrough the four holes. Thesprinklers of medium andshort throw are provided witha screw connection; whentightening them, take care notto damage the central crowngear.

Svitare viti (1) ed estrarre la testina. Svitare viti (2) ed estrarre coperchio(3), corpo (4) e ingranaggi (5-6-7). Svitare grano (8) e spingere con unpunzone Ø12 la bronzina (9) per estrarre vite senza fine (10) e bronzine.Togliere poi la ventola (11).

Unscrew screws (1) and remove gearbox. Unscrew screws (2) andremove caps (3), planetary (4) and gears (5-6-7). Unscrew screw (8) andpush bushing (9) with a Ø12 punch in order to make endless screw (10)and bearings come out. Remove propeller (11).

Dévisser vis (1) et enlever la tête. Dévisser vis (2) et enlever couvercle(3), corp (4) et engranages (5-6-7). Dévisser vis (8) et pousser avec unpoinçon Ø12 le coussinet (9) pour faire sortir la vis sans fin (10) et lecoussinet. Enlever après l'ecran (11).

Inserire (1) nel foro (2) del carter. Inserire il morsetto (3+4) nella spina della leva (5) eposizionare questa nella parte superiore della leva (1). Caricare manualmente la molla(6) spingendo il morsetto (3). Mantenendo la leva (1) centrata, stringere la vite (7)controllando che il morsetto (3) esca ai lati della leva (5) in eguale misura, come indicatoin pos. 8.

Introduce (1) into the body's hole (2). Insert clip (3+4) in the lever's (5) pin and placeboth on the lever's upper side (1). Manually charge the spring (6) pushing the clip (3).While keeping the lever (1) centred, tighten the screw (7) and check that the clip (3) comesout the lever's (5) sides in equal length, as indicated in pos. 8.

Introduire (1) dans le trou (2) du carter. Introduire la borne (3 et 4) dans la fiche du levier(5) et les placer dans la partie supérieure du levier (1). Charger manuellement le ressort(6) en poussant la borne (3). GARANTIELes arroseurs SIME sont contrôlés etessayés avec soin.En cas de parties défectueuses dansde normales conditions de fonctionne-ment (coups ou chutes exclus) ellesseront remplacées en garantie pourune période de 12 mois à partir de ladate d'achat.La garantie se limite au remplacementdes parties défectueuses et elle exclutles frais relatifs aux temps de répara-tion ou aux voyages si SIME ne les apas autorisés.La garantie exclut, en plus, les fraisrelatifs à d'éventuelles pertes provo-quées par la période d'arrêt del'arroseur.SIME peut faire des changements audes modifications à ses produits sansliens, obligations ou responsabilité auxrégards des possesseurs de précé-dents modèles, même si en garantie.

PIECES DE RECHANGEPour les problèmes éventuels qui n'ontpas été mentionnés dans ce manuel oupour toute rupture de la machine, veuillezcontacter le Centre de Service Après-Vente agrée le plus proche qui sechargera de toute réparation et rempla-cement de pièces de rechange originales.SIME S.à r.l. garantit toujours la fourni-ture de pièces de rechange originales etleur expédition dans un délai de 2 à 3jours ouvrables à partir de la réceptionde la commande.

Es wirdausserdem das Versenden der Ersatz-teile 2 bis 3 Arbeitstage ab eingehender Bestellung garantiert.
