BAC RESOLUTION FOR CANCELLATION OF PROCEMENT SCHEDULE

BAC RESOLUTION NO. 15 – 0207-BR DECEMBER 14, 2015

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon IV District Engineering Office advertised the Invitation to Bid with ITB No. 15-0057 for the above mentioned project through open competitive bidding on December 22, 2015 and posted in newspaper with nationwide circulation “The Manila Times Publishing Corporation” and at the DPWH website, Phil-GEPS and DPWH-Quezon IV DEO Bulletin Board from December 2 - 8, 2015;

WHEREAS, on December 4, 2015, this district received through fax the approved Special Allotment Released Order (SARO) No. BMB-A-15_0021071 dated November 25, 2015 under the FY 2015 GAA, R.A. 10651, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (NDRRMF) (Calamity Fund), Disaster-Related and Emergency Fund, asserting that the above named projects were approved as an individual project with a total amount of Php 55,542,000.00;

WHEREAS, the district BAC posted the Invitation to Bid (ITB) of the said above named projects individually;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, RESOLVE as it hereby RESOLVED to recommend the cancellation of the Receipt and Opening of Bids, for the above named projects as scheduled on December 22, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 PM, respectively, due to the adjustment of Approved Budget for the Contract Amount in consistent with the release of Special Allotment Released Oder (SARO).




Further, to post in the DPWH Website and Phil-GEPS this resolution and the corresponding Bid Bulletin to effect the said cancellation of procurement schedule for the above named projects for the information and guidance of all concerned.

RESOLVED, at DPWH-Quezon IV District Engineering Office, Brgy. Isabang, Lucena City, this 14th day of December, 2015.
