Present Market Share Of Indian Telecom Sector
Currently Bharti Airtel is the market leader of the telecomsector with a share market of 22.53%, followed by Vodafone giving him tough competition with a market share of about 18.19%, the main reason that why this 2 company are the mega player of their field because they always think in fresh and innovative way about the need of their customer and how we want them to feel. They deliver whatthey promise and go out of our way to delight the costumer with a little bit more.
What is Human Resource / Talent

Role Of An Human Resource Manager” Marketing Department is the Revenue to the company but HR Department is a cost to the
company”1.Recruitment & Selection:-Human resource managers develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends. An employment manager actually oversees the recruitment and selection processes; however, an HR manager is primarily responsible for decisions related to corporate branding as it relates to recruiting and retaining talented employees.
2.Training & Development:- It is a planned attempt by an organization to facilitate employee learning of job related Skill, knowledge,& behaviors, whereas development refers to teaching managers and professional the skill needed forboth present and future jobs.
3.Employee Relation Ship:- Human resource manager has ultimate responsibility for preserving the employer-employee relationship through designing an effective employee relations strategy. An effective employee relations strategy contains specific steps for ensuring the overall well-being of employees. It also ensures that employees have a safe working environment, free from discrimination and harassment.
Contd…4.Compensation and Benefits:- Human resource managers provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits specialists. Within this discipline, human resources managers develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and monitor negotiations for group health care benefits. Examples of human resource manager responsibilities include monitoring Family and Medical Leave Act.
5.Performance Appraisal and Motivation:- It is the specific and formal evaluation of an employee to determine the degree to which the employee is performing his or her job effectively. Whereas manager also provide motivation to the worker/employee to give their best in the job, as well as provide direction to the efforts
I don’t understand the department who leads the organization, who provide Vision, Mission, give direction to the company who can he be the cost to the company.
