Location Sanski Most Location description Sanski Most is located in north-western part of Bosnia

and Herzegovina, in the middle of the Sana river drain-age area, and occupies an area of 781 km² and has about 51,000 inhabitants. According to the structure of use of agricultural land, 61% are arable land and gardens (23 958 ha). The rest of the arable land is covered with orchards (653 hectares or 2%) and natural meadows (7068 ha or 18% of total agricultural area). The rest of the land relating to pasture (6071 ha) and natural ponds (1551 ha).

Project Status Feasibility study completed by the Agricultural Faculty in Sarajevo (May 2011).

Project description The current level of greenhouse production in the area of Sanski is insufficient to meet domestic needs, and technical - technological equipment is low. The project foresees the establishment of 100 private farms in three models, with a total of 95.000m ² of new production capacities:- 50 farms per 500m ²- 30 farm at 1.000m ²- 20 farm at 2.000m ²Spring planting is planned in three cultures - tomatoes, peppers and cucumber in a ratio of 40:40:20, and autumn sowing is also provided through three cultures - spinach, lettuce and onions in a ratio of 70:20:10
