Results realised The implementation of all identified opportunities targeted a 19% reduction in FTE The retailer introduced a new structure with clear roles and accountabilities to remove hand offs and align complexity to capability Through knowledge transfer during the engagement, and formal Lean Bronze training, Lean teams were established to promote clear communications, standardisation across roles and a culture of continuous improvement A 12 month roadmap was developed to deliver over 70 improvement initiatives.
