Welcome


Guests enjoy exclusive access to our Farmhouse, Red Barn and entire 27-acre

property from 10am to midnight. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted

by our Farmhouse Concierge who will attend to you throughout the day. Our

historic buildings, cozy furnishings and attentive staff set the tone so you can relax

with close friends and family as you get ready for your special day.

Our Spaces


Our stunning Greek Revival Farmhouse, built in 1834, was redesigned to create

the perfect suite of rooms for the modern wedding. The Farmhouse is a warmly

welcoming home away from home for your big day. Offering a spacious, serene

space with all of the essential elements for you and your wedding party to get

ready, the upper level features a dressing room, lounge area, hair and makeup

room and full bathroom. The lower level includes our exhibition kitchen, library with

wood-burning fireplace, two bathrooms, and adjoining dining and living rooms to

welcome your family and wedding party throughout the day.

Every Spring we raise our gorgeous, white peak pole Tent Pavilion, adding an

immediate sense of grandeur to the property. Nestled into our grounds, the tent

features parquet flooring, ambient lighting, and optional windowed sides for an al

fresco feel for your reception dinner and toasts.

An American icon, elevated. Our lovingly restored and modernized Red Barn, built

in 1837, featured a stunning gabled roof. Nestled into the landscaped grounds, the

Red Barn exudes rustic elegance. Features include heating and air-conditioning,

wood-burning fireplaces, a built-in bar, elevator and restrooms.

The lounge, located on the lower level, features leather seating, a double

bar, men's and women's restrooms, fireplace and an outdoor patio. The rustic

atmosphere provides an ideal space for cocktail hour, dessert and photos, as well

as a second getting ready area. The upper level loft features beautiful high ceilings

with a gabled roof and large open area for dancing. This space also serves as your

alternative ceremony location in inclement weather.

When you choose a Bespoke Wedding at Cornman Farms, the farm is all yours,

all day. And our Bespoke experiences are designed to make use of the whole

property.

A typical summer wedding day looks something like this: brides and bridal parties

get ready (and brunch, if they choose) in our lovely Farmhouse while grooms and

groomsmen hang out in our Red Barn. Ceremonies take place in our beautiful front

grove, then couples sign their paperwork in the Farmhouse. Between ceremony

and reception, guests mingle, snack, drink and play games around the farm—no

need to drive anywhere—while the wedding party takes photos.

For dinner and speeches, guests gather in our stunning Tent Pavilion, and when

it’s time to dance, our staff seamlessly transitions everyone to the Red Barn, just a

few steps away.

Couples have told us that this staged approach helps make each part of their day

feel distinctly memorable. Your wedding unfolds like a story, with unique chapters—

and you and your guests get to enjoy the whole farm.

including coordination of our rental items and upgrade options, floor plans

and beverage packages, as well as communication with your wedding

Bespoke weddings are available the last Saturday of April through the first

Saturday of November. The package prices below are designed for 100 guests -

each person over 100 will be subject to a per person charge. Our property can

accommodate a maximum of 300 guests. Please note that catering is not included

in the package or per person price.

Rosemoor

Mon-Thurs: $13,000 for 100 people, $80 per additional person

Fridays & Sundays: $16,000 for 100 people, $80 per additional person

Saturdays: $21,000 for 100 people, $80 per additional person

Pembroke

Mon-Thurs: $17,500 for 100 people, $110 per additional person

Fridays & Sundays: $20,500 for 100 people, $110 per additional person

Saturdays: $28,800 for 100 people, $110 per additional person

Highgrove

Weekend Buyout: $54,000 for 100 guests | $140 per additional guest

Holiday pricing applies to Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends. Wedding packages are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% admin fee. Above pricing is subject to change until a signed agreement is received.

Cornman Farms’ executive chef and founder, Kieron Hales, brings his top notch

pedigree working at some of the world’s best restaurants to a select number of

weddings each season. His posts have included the three star Paul Bocuse in

France and Dal Pescatore in Italy, as well as cooking for the British Royal family and

three U.S. Presidents.

Each couple works with our culinary team to curate a personalized and authentic

dining experience, one that resonates with them and their guests. Utilizing his

chef’s garden and relationships with local farmers, every meal at Cornman Farms is

made with fresh, farm-to-table ingredients.

Cornman Farms caters for up to 150 guests. For larger events, please see our

Catering Partners.

Average price of $85 per person. Plated, buffet or family style service available.

Zingerman's Roadhouse features traditional, regional American fare. The

customizable menus include pit-smoked barbecue, fresh fish, meat and seasonal

produce from local farms. When you choose Zingerman’s Roadhouse on the Road

Catering, you do more than eat really good food - you get the full Zingerman’s

Roadhouse experience brought to you.

Forte Belanger

Established in 1986, Forte Belanger’s culinary and creative teams work with you to

select a variety of delicious dishes for a dynamic strolling reception or more formal

seated dinner. Artistic, fresh, globally inspired epicurean adventures are set

with elegance and designed for the senses. From small plates to custom buffet

stations to elaborate seated dinners, their gourmet fare is unrivaled.
