Welcome to the Beretta Kitchen Experience. Where we stir and mix up

wonderful flavours to give our clients only the best of what nature has to

offer. I invite you to treat yourself, your family and your guests to food made

from scratch, with the freshest and finest ingredients we can source. The

exclusive use of Beretta Farms meat products that are raised organically

without the use of antibiotics, hormones or steroids and free to roam on

Canada’s green pastures.

Being raised in an Italian kitchen, with my Mom and Nonna’s as my teachers,

it was instilled in me at a young age that the quality of my ingredients is

what would make my dishes magic. We pride ourselves at Beretta Kitchen

on using the best natural and organic products available. From curing our

own bacon to making our own jams, pickles and preserves, my Beretta team

creates unforgettable experiences with every bite.

You will see that we have created options for everyone and if you don’t see

that special something that you are craving for your event, please just ask!

From corporate lunches, intimate dinner parties, to back yard BBQ’s to your

GENERAL INFO & FAQ

While we always try to accommodate every order, we do require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other options are available upon request. Two or more days’ notice may be required and extra charges may apply.

Menu prices are exclusive of services such as rentals, staffing as well as taxes and delivery. Beretta Kitchen Catering is happy to create custom menus which will be priced accordingly

Minimum OrdersAll orders must meet a minimum of ten guests per order and or not be less than $250.00 excluding delivery and HST.

DepositAll orders require a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) upon booking. All orders require a 50% deposit to confirm booking.

Other ServicesShould your event require rentals, staffing, event planning, décor, floral displays and or any additional services, we are happy to provide. Additional fees may apply.

Onsite Staffing Costs (4 hour minimum required for all staff members):Event Manager $42.00/hour Chef $45.00/hourWait Staff/Bartender $37.00/hour Cook $32.00/hour

DisposablesDisposable platters, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery are available averaging between $1.50-$3.75 per person depending on required items.

Delivery and Set up FeeDelivery fees will vary depending on location starting at $20.00 Local Delivery. Set up Fee $40.00.

PaymentWe accept Visa and MasterCard and corporate cheques (an account application must be submitted and approved).

Cancellation Policy Orders cancelled with less than 2 business days (48 hours) notice will be charged full food and beverage costs or as written in the client contract.
