Important Information1. Due to the nature of the White Bond

stock, it is important to convert all black texts to K100%, and try to not use a C/M/Y/K compositions when a single colour can achieve a similar result. This is so because the White Bond stock is more vulnerable to mis-registration than other stocks.

2. The same colour printed on different paper stocks can be quite different sometimes. Colours printed on the White Bond stock may seem a bit "dull" than printed on glossy artpaper stock. If you prefer a brighter colour, we suggest that you adjust the CMYK values accordingly to achieve that result.

3. Please note: Impositions within anA4 sheet will incur an additional cutting fee.

Important Information1. As our flyers are not printed by the

so-called "UV offset" press, this means that for ink coverage higher than 200%, it is likely to cause smudge marks during the guillotine process. This usually occurs on dark photos or large ink coverage areas. To check if the ink coverage is over 200%, click on a specific object in the artwork and see what the CMYK values sum up to. It is highly recommended that the CMYK values be adjusted to be under 200% to reduce "scuffing"

Important Information1. Trimming charge would apply if you

require a smaller-than-standard size. Depending on the sizing requirement, diecutting fee may apply if diecutting process is utilized.

2. Please allow 1~2mm trimming variance on all stocks, especially the self-adhesive stocks as they can slide off quite easily during the guillotine process.

3. If precise cutting is essential for a particular size, eg. 20x20mm square, we recommend the use of diecutting service or digital sticker option to achieve this.

4. Outside borders or frames are not recommended to be used in the artwork as they may create an optical reference to the inevitable slight variations in trimming, even when diecutting process or digital print process is utilised.

5. The offset stickers are cut out individually in pieces. If you require "labels on a roll" option for packaging purposes, please contact us for a separate quote.

6. It is important to point out the direction of the label on the roll, as follows:

1. The stickers/labels are printed digitally in CMYK. If you require special colour (eg. PMS or white), please enquire with our office for a quote.

2. The CMYK setting needs to be at least 8% each colour, values below 8% may not be printed out.

3. Please try to ensure the total ink coverage does not exceed 200% (ie, C+M+Y+K 200%). Also, we do not recommend 400% black (ie, c100/m100/y100/k100). If you would prefer a solid black, please use C40 M30 Y30 K99.

4. All stickers/labels need to have a bleed of 3mm each side. Please also allow 2mm safety margin between the die line and any important text/logo, to prevent the important text/logo being cut off due to trimming variance.

Our Signage Division - A Short Story

“Let us paint you a picture... ...of who we are”Benga Designs all started in 2003 on the back of a handshake agreement with a select group of clients with the mantra of creating and designing high quality, innovative 3D signage and contemporary graphics,all at a competitive price.

With this driving our management and manufacturing processes, Benga has developed a niche for itself, not only in the Queensland signage industry, but Australia wide, especially within the areas of franchising and retail shop tting.

Since the company’s beginning, our success has been directly attributed to our project management skills, of which we utilise on all projects.

We pride ourselves on the attention we give to upfront planning, communication and liaising with our clients and shop tters.

Benga’s team has over 100 years of combined industry experience, with our directing and driving force, Danny Sinclair, entering the industry in 1981. He has also worked for over a decade internationally in Andorra, UK and the USA.
