  • BENEFITS YOUREMEMBER CARING COMES WITH ITS REWARDS

  • WELCOMEDEAR COLLEAGUE,

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you all ofthe benefits of working for Jewish Care. The third editionof Benefits You - Jewish Care’s very own employee benefitsbooklet, includes useful information on the key benefits, schemes and incentives that we currently offer staff.

At Jewish Care, we recruit the best staff who endeavour toachieve our governing objectives of:

PROMOTING WELLBEING Jewish Care seeks to continually improve the wellbeing of clientsand staff so they can live life to the full.

STRENGTHENING COMMUNITYJewish Care will strengthen the Jewish community through all itswork by increasing connection and collaboration.

ENHANCING VALUEJewish Care will look for ways to keep improving the effectivenessof our donors’ money and all our resources; doing more for less, sowe can afford to do more.

We were delighted to be able to give all staff a 2% pay riselast year, however, as a not for profit organisation thatstrives to provide an outstanding health and social careservice in financially difficult times, we have to continuallyfind non monetary ways to retain our dedicated andhardworking staff. We therefore offer a wide range ofbenefits to suit our diverse workforce.

Some say ‘don’t take your work home with you’ but here atJewish Care our job means more than just a wage eachmonth. We can’t help but take it home with us! Our fivevalues are embedded into who we are and what we do.We therefore take home a sense of inclusiveness, integrity, excellence, enabling and creativity. We hope that byproviding you with this booklet that you also take homerewards that benefit you!
