Schedule

BeeOffice schedule is easy-to-use and convenient tool for planning, registration and settlement of work:

• employees register their activity by assigning it to the predefined tasks (e.g. clients or projects)

• additional attributes allow to describe the activities in more details (type of work, location, rate,…)

• registered activities are presented in the form of a transparent list, calendar or report for a person, team/department or the whole company

What are the current tasks of my team?

Managers and employees have fast and easy access to activities:

• data collected can be monitored and reported on-the-fly

• based on the data recorded, BeeOffice allows to create a billing plan and collect data about executed activities, as the basis for actual invoicing (e.g.”issue an invoice for activities in project ERP implementation, phase 3, month December, programming team”)

What should be invoiced for the previous month?

Based on the BeeOffice data we can easily issue an invoice (for customers or for internal settlements between shared services center and organization):

• activities for given task / project / customer are selected automatically

• information in header and invoice items is added (e.g. reference no. to purchase order)

• the last (optional) step is revenue distribution between employees / teams or other profit centers

Employee self-service functions

Schedule is only one of many functions available in BeeOffice.

BeeOffice supports also many typical office processes taking place in every company:

• holiday planning and leave requests approval process

• business trips settlements

• purchase orders approval process

• other costs approval

• resources reservations

• tracking company equipment and IT licenses used by employees

• company cars management with automated settlement o fuel consumed

• HR requests and HR actions – configurable mechanism for communication between employees and HR department (e.g. certificate of earnings, employment form, etc.)

Availability, implementation, technologies

BeeOffice is available for all employees only with using internet browser – do not need any installation on end users workstations

We offer two installation models:

• on your IT infrastructure

• in SaaS (Software as a Service) model – hosted in BCC Data Centers

We ensure automatic updates of per-diems, exchange reates etc., also in case of local law changes

Open interfaces (WebServices) allow to connect BeeOffice to other IT systems

BeeOffice implementation can be very fast and compared to other IT systems much easier. It can take barely few days, instead of many weeks or months in case of similar solutions

Presented BeeOffice functions are only examples of realization of selected processes. Using BeeFramework – BeeOffice programming framework, we can develop other, dedicated scenarios for your company

BeeOffice is available in English and Polish as a communication languages, but there is also easy translation mechanism available. We can adopt scenarios to the local law requirements (e.g. business trips settlement)
