bear club membership rules:1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.2. Membership in the Bear Club is non-transferable and, as such, the benefits are non-transferable.3. By participating in the Bear Club, participants agree to accept all rules, terms, and conditions set forth by Sky Ute Casino Resort.4. Bear Club Members are solely responsible for properly inserting their card into a machine in order to become eligible for any points, bonuses, benefits, and privileges. Any play on machines without card properly inserted will not generate associated points. Table players who wish to be rated are responsible for presenting their Bear Club Card (Card) to the dealer or supervisor prior to play.5. Accounts with no player activity for eighteen (18) consecutive months may be considered inactive and may be deleted from the system. Associated points may be forfeited.6. Bear Club Members are allowed only one account. 7. Bear Club Members are responsible for notifying Sky Ute Casino Resort of all name and address changes in person, by email, or in writing.8. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.9. When receiving any Bear Club Member benefits, you are required to present proper and valid picture identification.10. Lost or stolen Cards should be reported immediately.11. New Cards will be issued only with proper identification.12. The Sky Ute Casino Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused Cards.13. It is against policy for a Bear Club Member to accrue points by distributing his/her Card to other players. Fraudulent use of the Card will result in loss of membership, the voiding of all points, and all privileges will be permanently revoked.14. Membership is a privilege and may be revoked or canceled at the discretion of management.15. Bear Club Membership Cards will remain the property of Sky Ute Casino Resort and must be returned upon request.16. Specific rules apply to Platinum VIP card members, please see your Host for additional information.17. All decisions and resolution of all disputes regarding the Players’ Club including, but not limited to, the interpretation of the official rules and regulations, point accumulation and the requirements for eligibility for this program, lie solely with the Sky Ute Casino Players’ Club whose decisions shall be final and binding. 18. Management reserves the right to cancel change, or revise Bear Club terms and conditions, policies, rewards and benefits at any time.
