THE CUPPING ROOM這間裝潢簡約的咖啡店位於上環,由獲獎咖啡師趙

家寶主理。他於今年在意大利舉行的世界咖啡大師

賽中,與來自全球各地的參賽者一較高下,最終榮獲

亞軍。店內提供以意式特濃咖啡及滴濾咖啡沖調而

UNAR COFFEE COMPANYThis quirky little Tsim Sha Tsui café is the obvious choice for a grab-and-go coffee before a ride on the Star Ferry: the kiosk is located at the pier, before the entrance to the upper deck of the Star Ferry to Central. 18 GRAMS One of the first cafés to popularise coffee culture in Hong Kong, 18 Grams now has several locations throughout the city, but its Cannon Street branch in Causeway Bay district was the one that started it all. ZAI FÉZai Fé means “black coffee” in colloquial Cantonese so it’s no surprise that the shop’s signature is a quick, strong shot. AMICALFrom its leafy outdoor terrace to its signature latte art of hearts, cats and teddy-bear pictures made with frothed milk, this Sun Street café in Wan Chai has charm to spare. 意式特濃咖啡

粉,再利用熱水高壓沖泡,濃縮咖啡 表面會浮現一層薄薄的泡沫,稱為咖啡
