DESCRIPTION

Caffeine has been widely studied by researchers as an ergogenic for use in endurance sports. However, while it is also very popular among strength athletes, less work has been done by researchers in that area. Recently, a couple of new studies were done that advanced our understanding of how strength athletes might make the best use of caffeine. Together with the previous work, that makes for some interesting and quite practical findings. Here’s a review to bring you up to speed.
