A flexible and modular approachThe BEA850 is approved and equipped to meet all current and known future requirements of exhaust gas analysis on petrol and diesel engined vehicles. Natural gas powered vehicles can also be tested. The modular approach to Bosch equipment guarantees flexible upgrade possibilities for the future. The BEA850 can be easily upgraded with a KTS module to provide control unit diagnosis in conjunction with ESI(tronic). The addition of the FSA720 would enable complete vehicle system analysis for advanced fault diagnosis.

BEA 850 For a clean Environment

The test software of the BEA 850 can be operated intuitively and its clearly laid-out screen menus guarantee an efficient test sequence. The integrated customer database contains the vehicle history and customer data. The results of the exhaust-gas test are finally transferred to the AU-Plus software for statistical purposes.

cost to be fixed for 5 years and to be underwritten by the manufacturer (not by an insurance company)

is exceptional.

Under the specifications of the MOT standards, all emissions equipment used in authorised MOT stations is

required to be calibrated by a NAMAS approved engineer at specified intervals. For the Bosch range of emissions

analysers, this is currently 6 months for petrol emissions analysers and 12 months for diesel smoke meters.

These service intervals form the backbone of the Bosch 5 year extended service plan. Our network of approved

service engineers are all fully trained on Bosch equipment and are NAMAS approved.
