Bath regularly with soap and water

Don’t poke your ear

Don’t hit the region of the ear.

Don’t let water get into the ear.

Use ear buds strictly under

parental guidance


Brush your teeth twice a day – morning and

before going to bed.

Use toothpaste and toothbrush.

Rinse your mouth well after every meal.

Cut down on sugary things

Visit your dentist regularly.
