bc 466737 the corrupt superior court of california, county of los angeles in false vexatious...
DESCRIPTION
The Law is what the Judge on the Bench says the law is, regardless of the evidence, of the cases on record, of common sense, of the rules of the court, of the code of civil procedure. If Judge Hickok made a ruling using a fake case, it amounts as planting a gun, or drugs on any citizen of the United States. For years and years, the Los Angeles Superior Court is where Corruption is rampant by some clerks, court clerks and some judges that receive bribes to tip the balance in favor of represented civilians. It is in fact a white country club that one can ONLY receive substantive justice if you hire an Officer of the Court! Then, pray that the Judge on the bench, an attorney wearing a black robe, is not corrupt like DeVanon, Hickok, Miller, Drewry, Dodson, Levine, and others. Judge Glennon at the Van Nuys Courthouse said it clearly: "the old way of "doing business" in the court is over". He was forced to step down from my case! the system is protecting some crook judges!!! DeVanon was removed for his lies, and not because of the budget! for proof of his lies: "He never contacted the court" this is a lie that cost me my house! and then "let me get some", as DeVanon was soliciting money from an investment of $113,262.25 made at sonia maria mercado's bank with settlement money of my brother, who was killed at county jail!TRANSCRIPT
