Greek turkey skewerIngredients• 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Flavour Souvlaki (7034075)• (Optional) 20 g/kg of Degens Herb Oil (7033157)• 1 kg of turkey fillet• 2 aubergines• 150 g/kg of stoned green olives

Preparation1. Skin the turkey fillet and dice it2. Add the Dry Flavour Souvlaki and the Herb Oil and

mix it all up3. Cut the aubergines into similar-sized pieces as the

turkey fillet4. Alternately, skewer the ingredients until you have

reached the desired weight

Preparation1. Put the shrimps in a tray, cover and allow to defrost 2. Dice the meat evenly. Marinate the meat with the Marinade

Spanish3. Cut the bell peppers in half and clean them. Rinse them, dry
