THE RESPONSE MODULE

Capture Updated Portfolio PositionsThe most updated and reconciled client position information is combined with the Approved Prime notices created in the Event Management Module to generate portfolio-level custodian response messages for each individual custodian.

Response Message DeliveryThe centralized Response Module enables automated, multi-provider communication of event responses and custodian processing confirmations, as well as the ability to add special instructions. Individual provider response messages are created per custodian account and delivered automatically via SWIFT, AutoFax or other proprietary electronic formats.

Event Processing Status ManagementLeverage the available custodian confirmation data feeds in order to reconcile actual custodian instruction status. Real-time updates are displayed on the InfoAction Dashboard to indicate open items. Visual alerts highlight approaching response deadlines and expiration dates.

User ControlsMaker/checker functionality allows for multiple reviews before the Approved Prime notice is distributed or any response message is delivered to providers.
