PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to evaluate how a work group can

influence employee work performance and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT

Assess the performance and satisfaction of a work group in your work place (or any other

selected organisation) based on the Group Behavior Model (GBM).
