• Gunakan kabel sesuai dengan tegangan dan arus yang melewatinya. Twido menggunakan 18 AWG (0,82 mm2).

• Gunakan fuse untuk tiap-tiap output.• Kabel power supply diusahakan sependek mungkin.• Jalur power supply dan I/O harus terpisah dengan jalur

kabel komunikasi.• Perhatikan I/O bekerja secara sink/source.• Pastikan kondisi operasi & lingkungan sesuai spesifikasi.

Perawatan PLC relatif sangat mudah karena PLC memilikiKecenderungan lebih tahan terhadap lingkungan yang kurang baik. Perawatan yang biasa dilakukan :1. Lakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala terhadap sekrup-sekrup

yang terhubung ke terminal modul I/O, jangan sampai adasekrup yang terlepas.

2. Lakukan pemeriksaan terminal penghubung, jangan sampaiberkarat karena karat dapat mengurangi daya hantar komponeneletrik.

3. Pastikan PLC bebas dari debu. Debu pasti ada namundiusahakan dalam jumlah yang wajar.

4. Siapkan komponen cadangan untukkomponen yang terhubung dengan modul I/O PLC, untuk komponen-komponen yang mudahrusak.

5. Selalu buat back-up program yang digunakan.6. Lakukan pergantian batere lithium yang

terdapat di PLC setelah 3 s/d 5 tahun atau bilaPLC memberikan indikator batere habis.
