BASIC OBEDIENCE PROGRAM To avoid missing out, please fill out the form below, e-mail, post or fax it with your deposit of $ 50.00 or the full amount to confirm your enrolment as soon as possible. TERMS & CONDITIONS To ensure your position on the course please forward your fee withyourform. No training on public holidays or long-weekends. The balance is paid on the first session unless the full fee has been paid in advance. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, M/card, or Visa. Please Note: The same handler must train each week. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog’s actions & any costs incurred from injury. Receipts issued only if requested. Please note - No Refunds under any circumstances. We will not refund any portion of fees under any circumstances including if you have a change-of-mind and return your dog to a shelter.Command Dog Training School reserves the right to: 1. Change class start dates and times up to 4 weeks if insufficient bookings. 2. Command Dog Training School reserves the right to allow student trainers under Qualified Instructors, to assist with portions of the training program. Course is guaranteed if no weeks are missed, same handler attends each session, handler practices on a daily basis. Course is not transferable, Handlers must have the following training equipment: Leather or web (material) leash- approx. 1.2 metres long plus any one of the following - soft training collar, correction collar or head halter. Courses may be suspended (max 3 months) or transferred to another course once only free of charge. Further transfers or suspensions will attract $ 50.00 administration fee ** Gasworks Park Classes: Please note that the City of Port Phillip places a Licence Charge on our school for using Gasworks Park to conduct classes. Unfortunately, we must pass these charges onto the consumer.
