BEFORE SERvICING
• (Whenservicingelectricalpartsorharnesses)Makesuretodisconnectthepowerplugbeforeservicing.√ Failingtodosomayresultinariskofelectricshock.
• Donotallowconsumerstoconnectseveralappliancestoasinglepoweroutletatthesame time.√ Thereisariskoffireduetooverheating.

• Checkifthereisanyresiduethatshowsthatliquidenteredtheelectricpartsorharnesses.√ Ifanyliquidhasenteredintoapart,replaceitorcompletelyremoveanyremainingmoisturefromit.
• Ifyouneedtoplacethewashingmachineonitsbackforservicingpurposes,placeasupport(s)onthefloorandlayitdowncarefullysoitssideisonthefloor.√ Donotlayitdownonitsfront.Thismayresultintheinsidetubpartsdamaging.

WHILE SERvICING
• Checkifthepowerplugandoutletaredamaged,flattened,cutorotherwisedegraded.√ Iffaulty,replaceitimmediately.
Failingtodosomayresultinelectricshockorfire.
• Completelyremoveanydustorforeignmaterialfromthehousing,wiringandconnectionparts.√ Thiswillpreventariskoffireduetotrackingandelectricalhazard.
• Whenconnectingwires,makesuretoconnectthemusingtherelevantconnectorsandcheckthattheyarecompletelyproperly.√ Iftapeisusedinsteadoftheconnectors,itmaycausefireduetotracking.
• MakesuretodischargethePBApowerterminalsbeforestartingtheservice.√ Failingtodosomayresultinahighvoltageelectricshock.
• Whenreplacingtheheater,makesuretofastenthenutafterensuringthatitisinsertedintothebracket-heater.√ Ifnotinsertedintothebracket-heater,ittouchesthedrumandcausesnoiseandelectricleakage.
AFTER SERvICING
• Checkthewiring.√ Ensurethatnowiretouchesarotatingpartorasharpenedpartoftheelectricalharness.
• Checkforanywaterleakage.√ Performatestrunforthewashingmachinecourseandcheckwhetherthereisanywaterleakagethroughthe
floorsectionorthepipes.
• Donotallowconsumerstorepairorserviceanypartofthewashingmachinethemselves.√ Thismayresultinpersonalinjuryandshortentheproductlifetime.
• Ifitseemsthatgroundingisneededduetowaterormoisture,makesuretorungroundingwires. (Checkthegroundingofthepoweroutlet,andadditionallygroundittoametallicwaterpipe.)√ Failingtodosomayresultinelectricshockduetoelectricleakage.
[Runningagroundingwire]- Twistagroundingwire(copperwire)twoorthreetimesaroundthetap.- Ifyouconnectthegroundingwiretoacopperplate,buryit75cmundertheearthina
placewithalotofmoisture. Donotconnectthegroundingwiretoagaspipe,plasticwaterpipeortelephonewire.Thereisariskofelectricshockorexplosion.

3. RemovetheM19nutandwasherandthenseparatetheRotor.
SinceremovingtherotorrequiresalotofstrengthduetothemagneticforceoftheRotoranditmaycomeoffsuddenly,yourhandorarmmaybeinjuredbytheedgeoftheStatororFrame.Thereforetakeprecautionwhenseparatingit. YoucanseparatetheconnectorbypressingthenaveloftheHousingandpullingitoutside.
