2004 HOUGHTON MIFFLIN HARCOURT – SYSTEM 44 – STAGE B The Superintendent recommends approval of the payment to Houghton Mifflin

The MCEA is requesting Marion County Board of Education to support the attached Funding Resolution.

2012 MOU – SOUTHERN EDUCATION SERVICES COOPERATIVE –

BUS OPERATOR TRAINING SERVICES The Superintendent recommends approval of the Memorandum of

Understanding with Southern Educational Services Cooperative (SESC) to provide Bus Operator Training Services for Board of Education’s Schools for the

2020-2021 SY.

2013 MIDDLETOWN TRACTOR – PURCHASE A JOHN DEERE TRACTOR The Superintendent recommends approval of the Purchase order with

Middletown Tractor to purchase a John Deere X590 54A Tractor, in the amount of $6,000.00. FUNDING: Maintenance.

2015 ALPHA TECHNOLOGIES – ACCESS POINT REPLACEMENT

The Superintendent recommends approval of the quote from Alpha Technologies for the access point replacement due to lightning strike at Mannington Middle

The Superintendent recommends approval to pay Bowles Rice for legal work, in

2020 CONTRACT - ALPHA TECHNOLOGIES – NETWORK OPERATION CENTER

The Superintendent recommends approval of the contract with Alpha

Technologies to provide services for the Network Operation Center System

Engineer located at the NOC at West Fairmont Middle School for 8 hours per day

for 192 days per year for the 2020-2021 SY, in the amount of $82.00 per hour

or $125,952.00 Annually. FUNDNG: Technology
