Opportunities Within Our ChurchesUpcoming EventsMid-America Baptist Theological Seminary will host a Preview Day on October 20, 2015. Mullins Station Baptist Church will host the Abundant Power in All Generations Women’s Conference October 23-24, 2015. Leigh Gray, teacher and author from Carmi, IL, will be leading this exciting weekend of Bible study. Join us as we learn more about the power of God that is within all of us, young or old. You will be blessed by her teaching. Many of you have seen Leigh in Gatlinburg at the Missions Get Together. Registration is $60 between September 1-October 15. The conference will be held Friday night, October 23, from 7:00-9:00 p.m., and Saturday, October 24, from 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Registration includes lunch on Saturday. Welcome Ashley McCollough

Ashley McCollough has joined the Mid-South Baptist Assoiciation as Administrative Assistant. Her first day was Friday, September 11. Ashley has served for 19 years, with her husband, Stuart, as houseparents at the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home. The McColloughs and their four sons, are long-time members of Ellendale Baptist Church. Ashley will work alongside Grace Atchley until her retirement at the end of the year. Through the years, Ashley has been very involved in the association as a volunteer, serving on many teams and committees. We welcome Ashley.
