Our aim is to ofer fresh innovatve perspectve on the way food is presented, viewed and consumed, to inspire a restoraton of the ancient values of essental nutriton, through food and ecological wisdom.

It is our intent to provide, apply and share knowledge of healthier food choices and to inspire others to become more earth conscious, eat more whole (organic) plant based foods and less chemically enhanced processed food.

We believe, the rise in obesity, allergies, diabetes, heart disease and digestve disorders in the western world is rising and the persistence of failing health is evident that western diet and lifestyle is clearly not working and is failing to give priority to good nutriton and only focusing on quick fx solutons. It’s one thing to live longer but it just as essentally important to have a good quality of life too. We wish to demonstrate simple workable solutons for everyone, whether that’s adding these dishes to your everyday meals including meat dishes or simply ofering an alternatve in assistng with the transiton to a whole food plant based diet. It is not necessary to become a vegan but it is defnitely important to become more mindful of how the meat industry is having a negatve impact on our planet therefore it is important to consider reducing your meat consumpton and becoming more environmentally conscious. Whatever your food preference why not add colour, taste, freshness, more choice and nutriton to your diet. Let your food heal you.

So that we can ensure only high quality pestcide/chemical free fresh ingredients. There may be tmes not every item on the menu is available, also according to season and farming rotaton.

Our food is classed as Vegan, which is based on a plant diet (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, sprouts, herbs and spices) and dairy free diet. Once upon a tme this was the way humanbeings hinabited the Earth in armony, grace, knowledge and wisdom of nature, enabling healing and well being through vegetaton, plants, herbs, spices, seeds.
