Sales Incentive(SI) Parameters

NIITians in Sales Roles in benefit plans EP, P, EQ, Q & R should havetheir SI parameters from among the BSC parameters.

SI Parameters to be a maximum of 3 & ALL from FIN or CustomerAcquisition parameters from CUST.

ALL SI Parameters to be approved by the respective Biz. HR.

All Sales Incentive parameters must have quarterly targets andthreshold targets based on which the Sales Incentive will be paid.

Guidelines for defining goals & Weightages

18

For financial measure it is mandatory to capture quarterly goals. All measures to have goals aligned to H1 or H2 or both for biannual evaluation. Eg Revenue in both H1 & H2, CSS in H1 or H2 whenever the survey happens.

Weightage for measures with targets aligned to either H1 or H2 will be annual. Eg CSS in H2 with 10% weightage will be for the year

Weightages for measures with targets aligned to both H1 & H2, the weightages for H1 & H2 will be proportionate to the annual target. Eg Order Intake weightage is 30% and target in H1 (30Mn) & H2 (70Mn) weightage will be 9% and 21% respectively

Weightages for all measures will add-up to 100% in total, annually
