COOKIES AND BAKING SHEETS- metal sheets for rows of cookies.
CUTTING BOARD- chopping ingredients, kneading, shaping dough.
MIXING BOWLS- large bowls for mixing ingredients.
COOKIE CUTTERS- made with stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, copper, used to out cookie dough.
MORTAR AND PESTLE- mortar is small bowl while pestle is a round headed crusher.
BAKING STONE- large flat stone placed at bottom of oven.
ROLLING PIN- flattens pies, pastry and cookie and bread dough.
PASTRY BLENDER- also known as dough blender, cut butter.
WOODEN SPOON- long handled kitchen spoon made from wood, stirring ingredients.
RUBBER SCRAPER- wooden handle with paddle shaped end.
SPATULA- used to remove baked cookies from the sheets.
WHISK- beat egg whites and cream.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
BAKING- making up all sorts of flour based goods.
CLASSIFICATION- organization of varied items into mutually exclusive classes.
HANDHELD- compact enough to be use or operated while being held and the hands.
KNEADING- working on stiff dough by pushing with the heel of hand.
MOLD- container which liquid is use to form given shape when hardens.
NONSTICK- thing with easy removal of cooked food particles.
PAN- shallow wide open container made of metal.
POPOVER- shallow quick bread shape like muffin.
PASTRY- sheet baked food made of dough.
TOOL- aids in accomplishing tasks.

FOOD PROCESSOR- interchangeable blades and disks instead of fixed blades like a blender.
DIGITAL SCALE- measures volume, weight.
OVEN- a chamber enclosed comportment for heating, baking, and roasting food.
